Love this 4 door counter depth refrigerator! Sleek look and freezer and refrigerator give me plenty of room

I like the bottom freezer with doors. It’s more convenient than a bottom drawer freezer. Easier to find things with the pullout shelves and smaller drawers. It is counter depth and no big handles on the doors, it’s perfect for a small kitchen. The delivery was quick and on time. I would recommend this refrigerator.

We decided on this fridge because my parents didn’t want a pull-out bottom freezer, which I guess is all the rage right now. This one is unique in that its 4-doors, which is great for organization. Its also a good choice for visual people because its not as deep as other fridges, so you’re able to see everything thats in front of you, with no items able to hide behind others. Initially, it takes a while to get cold. Once its cold, it does a decent job at staying consistently cold. When its cooling for the first time, the side of the fridge started getting really warm and hot to the touch, but that stopped once it finished cooling. Also, we got it open box at half its retail price, which made it all the more better.

I don’t know if I just have bad luck with appliances or if Best Buy is selling damaged goods. I bought a house with a brand new Samsung fridge purchased from Best Buy that would not cool and shut down/off every week. I then purchased this Whirlpool fridge from Best Buy and it has a cooling issue as well, although it does not completely shut down like the Samsung one did. This one, the freezer sections work great. It’s the fridge that does not cool well and food keeps spoiling. It is noticeably warm when you open the fridge doors. The temperature reading on the outside of the door is useless as it only tells you what it is set to but not the actual temp inside the unit. I called for service and a technician came almost 3 months ago and noted an issue with the internal temperature gauge that was not triggering cooling properly. He ordered a part that supposedly is STILL on backorder 3 months later and has not arrived. I am beyond fed up with having to throw away food. The only pro is that the fridge looks very nice and sleek. I like the four-door set up, and I find it to be very spacious. The repair tech said that even though there was a technical issue that indeed needed repair, I would also need to keep less food in the fridge so that air could circulate. My fridge was not overstuffed and had the normal amount for a small family. If this fridge can’t circulate air properly with that, then it’s a poorly made product. Whirlpool and Best Buy, for these prices, DO BETTER.

I love my fridge! It looks good! It fit perfect and holds a lot! I was concerned about how much food it would hold, especially the freezer. But it holds ALOT! And if more fridge space is needed the bottom right freezer can be converted to fridge space.

French Doors close tight. Left door has center panel that a child can flip inward and prevent door from closing all the way. Plenty Space. Not much customizable shelfs. All parts set in Place. Sounds beeps to let you know door is Open. LCD display displays Temperature of all Areas in Fridge. Freezer has Ice machine Ready for connecting. Well Lighted Top/Bottom. Very smooth wheels for mobility also.

This fridge is set up wonderfully and makes it so easy to keep all your foods organized, and visible!! We love the space savingquality of both the internal set up and the doors on the fridge. It allows us to keep everything we need cold, frozen, stored and on hand. The look of the appliance is great and it is slim and sleak and looks great in our kitchen!!

This refrigerator is perfect for a smaller kitchen. It is counter depth so there is more room to move around the kitchen. There is plenty of space inside, and the clear door bins make it easy to find items quickly. Because it is not too deep, items are not lost way in the back of the shelves as they were in my old side by side. The freezer has bins that make it easy to organize. Perfect refrigerator for a smaller household.

Perfect size for our fam, love the 4 doors and especially bottom freezer split (we particularly did NOT want the bottom freezer pull out drawer type of freezer). We installed exterior water filter behind fridge for the ice maker, it was simple and ice taste great. We didn’t need/want water dispenser. This was the perfect choice for us.

Our LG fridge freezer stopped working so we had to quickly find a new counter depth fridge that would fit in to the dimensions of our fridge area. This was one of the options and we are so glad we selected it. The side-by-side freezer bottom is a game changer. I love it so much more than the pull out drawer freeze. Even though it's a little smaller (inside) than our previous one, it seems bigger!

Nice counter depth with a classic look. Lacks a little glamour with the color of stainless steel but looks aren't everything. Freezer is small but organized by the compartments. Classic look in a small refrigerator. Freezer made ice immediately and cooled as soon as we plugged in, Great service by the Geek Squad Total Tech service team members. Great counter-depth fridge, love the doors for organizing! The only feature I miss is a water dispenser, but I like everything else.

So far we are very pleased with this purchase. It was delivered and set up with care by very respectful delivery people. Excellent refrigerator. Perfect size for my family. Highly recommend this fridge.

[Employee of bestbuy] Worked well for about 4 months and then ice maker stopped working. Warranty service got. It replaced within a month of us going through whirlpool. Otherwise, the shelves could be a little taller and the doors aren’t very wide. Can’t fit gallon jugs in the door shelves and a 2 liter won’t fit in the fridge unless you take out a shelf or put it sideways. Freezer being separated into 2 different sections helps me store our food in an organized way.

Excellent “counter depth” fridge for our kitchen remodeling! Only word of caution is that many/most large frozen pizza boxes will not fit the dual bottom freezer (French door) freezer section. We have a separate chest freezer in our basement that takes care of those so it’s not a prob.

Love my refrigerator! The style and design is what drew me to it . I love the fact that it has four doors. The top is extra wide making it easy to put full pans inside. The dividing of the freezer lets me put meat on one side and everything else on the other

I like that this is Whirlpool. I have been having trouble lately getting Samsung and other popular brands serviced . It seems that some of the newer distant companies do not want local service companies making repairs. One somewhat negative Best Buy policy here was, while waterline hookup was apparently needed, the waterline required to be sent and purchased with this frig is only 6foot long. The length required in my kitchen was 15 foot. The local Best Buy does not even sell 15foot waterlines in their store, yet I was required to buy the short waterline (which I quickly returned). The four door frig is definitely better than having the awkward drawer freezer. The handleless clean lines with out the gross ice and water service on the outside door is a plus, as those things are always broken and they are a constant reminder that the frig is old and not working right. This one is worth the money! Wait for a sale if possible!
