Well, I gotta say this is a fantastic product. I love the fact that all the refrigerator door shelves are adjustable and see through, in fact all the drawers and shelves are clear, it makes things easy to find.

The product is affordable. this is where the positive ends. all the reviews you read about the heavy condensation inside the unit have been true for us. I will be looking to replace this sooner than later.

I though this fridge would hold as much as my old fridge because they took up the same space on the outside. That is not the case. And, the shelves are not adjustable.

This was our first refrigerator with an ice maker. We are using it more than we thought we would. The Best Buy staff were very good with information. We also can't say enough about the delivery. The guys making the delivery were very careful and answered questions about the new refrigerator.

Bought this fridge because our 10 year old fridge died. Figured it was time to buy a nice stainless side by side and so we went with this model. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! We live in a 1 bedroom apartment and can hear this piece of crap run day and night. Our neighbors actually asked what the noise was the other day and said they can hear it in their kitchen. On day 2 I called Whirlpool and stated their was a problem with it only to be confronted by a very rude representative that "Could not find the type of noise I was describing on her list and that I would have to pay for the Repair man to come out and check on it." The general repair man came out and said he found the issue and threw a few pieces of foam insulation in the back around the condenser, but this made no difference to the noise. What a big mistake this was to buy this.

Very good produces ice rapidly and it is large enough for the refrigerator parts but a little small on the freezer

The frig is ok considering the choices available were not many. The sales manager that helped us was great thou.

Very nice refrigerator! Finger print resistant! No issues with the ice maker! Compliments the kitchen very nicely!

The shelves are a bit to short on the sides and i often have to readjust them. The resolve is 3m double sided tap to keep in place.

while it is quiet the side door does not have enough shelves and the bottom shelves do not slide very easily. Ice maker works well

Our previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool, and we had also recently purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator for the lower level, which is working fine. As are our Whirlpool washer and dryer. But this unit was a disappointment. The doors were out of balance, the unit seemed out of level, and the delivery / installers were in too big a rush to deal with it. The freezer was sporadic - it would freeze, then thaw, then freeze, causing the ice cubes to melt into a frozen mass. The water dispenser tended to leak onto our hardwood floor. Overall, very dissatisfied.

The entire fridge comes out when you open the doors so we keep having to push it back in. The drawers are difficult to open And close. Never had a problem in the past opening or closing fridge drawers. Adhesive couldn’t be removed with stainless steel cleaner or alcohol. I do feel like I can fit more than my previous fridge but that’s besides the point because it’s so annoying.

Quick delivery and exactly what I needed. The side by side makes it easy to organize and find things. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits and the bins are perfect.

We got this refrigerator and found is made a lot of noise which disturbed our sleep at night because the kitchen is relatively close to the master bedroom. Fortunately we were able to return and exchange it for a Samsung which doesn't make that noise at all.

I love my new refrigerator and Best Buy special price. I’ve purchased all of my appliances there. You simply can’t beat the prices or the merchandise. Thank You Best Buy❤️❤️❤️

It fits perfectly in our cabin but it is a bit noisy. Much louder than I expected it to be.

It's a very nice refrigerator -- but the day it was delivered (about 3 weeks ago), I discovered that the pull-out drawers bind & I'm having a bit of a struggle with Best Buy to correct this problem. I checked the floor model at the store & the drawers glided smoothly, so I know this really is a problem that shouldn't be happening. I'm still hoping that Best Buy takes care of this
