I bought this to replace another Whirlpool refrigerator that finally called it quits after 21 years of service. The refrigerator is very beautiful and performs as well as expected. There are a couple of issue that are not big but you need to keep in mind before purchasing. The refrigerator is kind of loud but not too loud. You need to keep the temperature setting on the freezer section very low (either 1 or 2) or it will freeze up the water supply which enables the freezer to make ice.

Great fridge and freezer. Spacious! Had several whirlpools never disappointed.

Works beautifully. It's very quiet, except the ice maker makes a bit of noise when you use the door dispenser. Otherwise, no complaints.

My mom really liked the fridge and was a big upgrade from our previous fridge

This is a good size fridge with important features for the price. We got this for our Airbnb and really like it. The only reason it is not 4 stars is there is a noticeable difference in the heights of the two doors. We did not see this in the showroom so check your unit when it arrives. It works great, has plenty of room and is quiet.

Good looking fridge. Overall, very satisfied with the looks and function. Ice maker is on the loud side and the water trough the door is a little tricky to find at times.

Bought open box. Have sticky stuff on front from tape and the doors are off level. Otherwise great purchase!

First fridge was a mess. My biggest thing would be, don't settle for a fridge with any problems. It's s login to return and get s new one. But I'm the long run, it's easier than dealing with techs trying to figure out what's wrong with the fridge. My first one was hardly making ice. But i think the ice tray was not installed properly. I like the fridge. Love how spacious it is.

So far I have been happy with this purchase. I read a lot of bad reviews on other fridges and was concerned about spending money on a product that wouldn't be good. I like Best Buys warranty and service protection plan in case there are any future issues.

Works well. Only thing I don't like is when you get water from the dispenser the water Drips on the door for a few seconds after you're done getting water

It is a great refrigerator. The interior is laid out much better than our old one. The cold water and ice distributors are separated but in same area. It is best refrigerator we have ever had.

If you need a fridge without bells and whistles, this is a great choice. It has ice and water in the door, the shelves are solid, not flimsy, and the freezer is a perfect size for a small family. All on all, checks every box for us! I dont need a fridge to text me if we're out of eggs or low on milk! Lol! Ours died after 12 years, and this model is actually, literally, its grandson! :-)

This fridge has it all! Lights, ice, and shelves. I’m convinced you could put anything into this fridge and it would cool it down. Full size watermelon, cool. 24 pack of Bush’s baked beans, cool. Specially designed sheepskin underwear, cool. This refrigerator works harder than I do, which isn’t saying much because I’m a sign spinner. The bottom line is this: most refrigerators store snacks; this refrigerator stores refreshments. Everyone knows refreshments are just snacks that went to college and took a cotillion class. This refrigerator is the debutante of refrigerators.

Now after a year, the Water dispenser drips. A part broke under warranty and Whirlpool was great at handling the claim except it took several months to get the part because Whirlpool was affected by COVID and since our part was just cosmetic, we were delayed as they gave priority to functional parts. That was very understandable and impressed me with there handling of the situation. Only reason not 5 stars is the dripping dispenser.

Got a great deal, shipped and installed on time, hooked up water lines, tested it, followed instructions and two years later one of the best purchases ever. Very quiet and no problems at all. Yes, I would buy another any day! Don Dallas, TX

Had to replace my old fridge and had to do it fast. I shopped around at different places and found this one on Best Buy website. It came as advertised and it looks really nice. I like the stainless steel look that goes with the kitchen. It operated as it should be but after 5 hours of the delivery, the fridge changes its operation. Every time we open the door (either the fridge or the freezer), the unit stops running. It resumes its operation once the door is closed. I have tried to call the support help but to no avail. Does anyone know what causes it? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. I gave it 3 stars because of this issue and it lacks multiple tracks for the shelves. You can't move the shelves up or down the way you want it because of the fixed tracks. I would give it a higher rating without the mentioned issues.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It has all the features I needed. The delivery and setup was on-time and professionally done.

Upon delivery, the store associates told me that this refrigerator does not have self leveling mechanism. So I didn't look for it. After in use for a few days, I noticed that it constantly had loud oscillating noise. Then I decided to find out what could get rid of the problem. It does have a way to level the two front corners. Afterward, the noise is smaller. Unfortunately, the door for the refrigerator side seems to always sticks out a little bit as if it is not fully closed. This problem still persists.

Overall I'm satisfied with quality and features. The ice maker is more noisy than my last fridge. I have the cold and freeze settings at max, but it wont get as cold as my old unit. I can't say that I'm in love with this unit, the best feature is probably looks. But it is acceptable and it had the features I wanted. Delivery from bestbuy was good, they had no issues with my RO water connection. Nice to see they knew what they were doing.
