We are very pleased with this fridge. Really enjoy all the space and ability to organize types of food

Love the fridge. I wish I would have bought one that has different compartments, but this one is more customizable. I love it though, its easy to clean and the ICE is amazing.

The refrigerator runs quietly, nice designed. However, the handle on the left was installed uneven with the one on the right. Called Whirlpool to fix it, and they said if it is for installation, I will be charged for over $100.00 labor fee. I decided to return to Best Buy and purchase a more cubic feet frig from Samsung with lesser price.

Very nice. Delivered on time. After install found the ice maker was defective from the manufacturer. Took a week to get it replaced.

So far, so good. Only issue is some drawers do not move smoothly in and out.

I wanted a side by side because of our tight spaces. Check! Ice dispenser has a tendency to drop more ice than expected thus leaving a mess on the floor. But I guess there is a learning curve on using it properly. The tall bottle holder on the door shelf is a little clunky but its more annoying than an issue. Overall, really happy with the purchase.

I bought this refrigerator in November. I don't see any issues till now. Easy to use, quiet and worth the money. I would recommend this product.

Refrigerator door drifts to right till it hits the door stops. Not much cold water from dispenser.

Been working excellent since purchase. I prefer Whirlpool appliances because they are trouble free and last awhile.

The ice & water dispenser are a little tricky to use. The Freezer does not have as much storage as my previous Kenmore Side by Side which is the same size as the Whirlpool. There is no alert when the refrigerator or freezer door do not close. This was on the Kenmore & is a great feature.

looks great and functions well. Issues with display on outside. Freezer and fridge temperature are controlled on touch panel and its very inconvenient, every time you wash panel it changes temperature settings. This should be on inside. Its great if you do not clean panel

Hard to find a refrigerator that would fit in the area of old fridge. This one fits great and same style as old one.

Love the fridge, the only issue is that the water comes out super slow.

IT NOT ONLY LOOKS GOOD WORKSWELL IT REPLACED A Samsung Double door we had only 6 and a half years I will not buy any more Samsung appliance product's Happy to have a Best Buy local
