Very pleased with the delivery of the new refrigerator. Both Gentlemen were very professional and very careful with the new refrigerator. They installed the water house and tested the water making sure everything was working fine. Also very important thing they took all the trash. Excellent Customer Service

So far so good.However ice maker when is dropping cubes is loud. The manual don’t talk much about the door operation. I bought the insurance to be protected for the next 5 yrs. I like the inside brightness when you open the doors.

I am grateful to have a working name brand refrigerator that is working, It was a wonderful sound when I heard the first batch of ice fall into the ice bin! It should be a long while before I have to buy a new one again.

A GOOD VALUE BUT THE FIRST ONE DELIVERED HAD ISSUES WITH THE ICE MAKER. THEY SENT A SECOND ONE THAT WORK GREAT. COULD DO A LITTLE BETTER WITH THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. VERY COURTEOUS BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS WORKING.

I wasn’t sure about the extra cash for the Whirlpool brand and if the side by side style would work for us. Tuned out to be a great purchase. The quality so far seems to be unmatched, I love the water/ice maker, keeps food cool and provides good amount of storage.

This refrigerator makes noises several times a day when the engine kicks on. Last for about 30-40 seconds. It is annoying. I was tempted to call and return it for another. However, I thought the whole process of shopping and buying another and getting this taken back and a new one installed was too much bother. So, I kept it. The price was good and it works really well. Looks good. Fits in the space available. But that noisy engine. I gave it average quality because of the noise. I can't recommend it.

I had recently moved into a house that had old GE stainless steel appliances. It had one without the ice/water dispenser. I measured and knew this would fit. I am so happy with it. The only issue is that the delivery company XPO Logistics. Decided on not installing the water line at time of delivery. I have to wait until next week for that. So hopefully next week will get to have a chance of water/ice.

Even after adjusting the doors to the full extent of the adjusters, we're still off by about 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch. Other than that, so far it is everything we expected from the price point. The ice maker is a bit slow!!

The refrigerator is very high quality, is quiet and makes tons of ice. Have had no problems with it at all.

Delivery was on time; however, the delivery team did not assemble or demo the refrigerator. They stated another team will come next day (scheduled appointment) to assemble, demo, and install new water line for ice-maker/water. On the next day, installation appointment the plumber showed toward the end of the day (approximately 3pm). They checked the location of the refrigerator and was looking for a water line. I told them under sink or under the house (crawl space). They stated that they do not go in crawl spaces (maybe not in their contract). The only option is under the sink; which is approximately 5-6 feet across the refrigerator, in an L-shaped kitchen counter. They would have to run copper water line behind the cabinet, stove, and dishwasher. Obviously, it is not what they bargained for with the Best Buy new water line installation. Thru stated that their company will contact for estimate. They were nice enough to install the door handles; but that’s all. I contacted Best Buy 1-800 number & personally went to the store to explained my disappointment having to standby for two days and still with less than 100% operational refrigerator.

Awesome refridgerator, got cold really fast , lots room , ice maker is really good keeps plenty ice made, an milk served in glass with cookies is amazing milk is right temperature very pleased with this refridgerator, whirlpool are the best

I like this fridge. Got a price match and so far it’s everything that I expected. A good fridge for the money

Beautiful in black stainless steel. Some shelves on fridge side are not adjustable.

Refrigerator is level but door swings all the way around when opened. Produce drawer allows lettuce to get moist even when slide is closed and taped.

I like the product very well. The only thing it didn’t come with A operators manual only a Quickstart guide

Well after experiencing the bottom freezer where food items get lost to the bottom, we decided to get the side to side type. Hmmm, I'd say that a 24.6 Cu Ft. is way too small for a household of 4. The ice maker is AMAZING! No clogging, ice comes out separately and at a smaller square size which makes it easy to put into the flasks. The water dispenser comes out really strong. Possibly too strong as it will splatter everywhere if your cup is filled to the top with ice cubes. The Fingerprint Resistant Steel is okay. While there are no fingerprints, it will still leave a smudge.
