We bought this fridge to replace our ten year old one. This is perfect! I love the touch screen to control ice and temp. This is way better then the one we had. It makes noise when ice is working but other than that, sounds like a normal fridge.

Love my new fridge, especially the ice maker. Fresh ice any time I want! Space is adequate. We went from freezer on top to french doors and feel like we gained space. So far works great.

If you order this refrigerator after viewing it at the store, beware you will NOT receive the same as what you examined. The floor models all have a very efficient crescent/half-moon shaped ice maker; however, they are now shipping this same model refrigerator with an ice maker that has a small plastic ice cube tray which produces miniature sized cubes and is unacceptably inefficient. Per a Whirlpool vendor to Best Buy, their normal ice maker vendor stopped production, so they had to find an alternative vendor, which resulted in the poor performing one you will receive inside your new refrigerator. Even more disappointing, Best Buy claims Whirlpool will not allow them to sell the floor model with the superior ice maker. I have been a customer of Whirlpool appliances for 25 years and I now have to question my allegiance. I already spoke with a Whirlpool representative, who could not provide any information or offer any resolution. For reference, see attached photos.

No adjustable shelves Ice maker sprays ice Water spout is in a separate location above ice dispencer. Its necessary to reposition your glass fot each.

Coldest refrigerator goes is 38 = unhappy Water from door is not refrigerated = unhappy Ice chute goes mostly but not all into glass = unhappy But overall I'm okay

For the sale price it's okay. Creates lots of moisture salads don't last more than 3 days. Very slow at making ice cubes. The switch to make ice is well hidden and hard access. You need to pull the ice box half way if you are tall to turn on or off. Otherwise is a pain.

This refrigerator purchase was a great decision! I was worried it would be defective, but thankfully it has worked very well. I’m glad we took the chance and saved some money!

It is noisy. Motor cycles on frequently even though not frequently opening door. It is roomy and bright light inside makes it easy to see.

Water dripping on ice dispenser area due to humidity and condescension this type of fridge is not made for PR climate. A month in and now is starting to get a white small stain that won’t come off. But everything else all good.

I’m not too happy about the color as it’s not a solid black. More of a dark grey.

It is a good refrigerator, it cools very well, it is very spacious, it has a good water dispenser. I love it and my wife is fascinated by this refrigerator. I recommend this product 100%

I was looking for a newer refrigerator and came across this model and it has all the needed operations I wanted

I bought it and the ice tray is not the one that is in the picture the ice tray has plastic arm inside the ice tray and it doesn't have the little wire stick thing that you have to let the device know it's.full of ice in the box. I notice that it won't make ice on regular I have to pull over at gas stations before getting home from work to have enough ice for drinks at dinner . This thing is really dissatisfing customer this is not what I wanted I had the same issues with the old Amana refrigerator I let them haul out I should of just kept the Amana refrigerator if I known this whirlpool refrigerator was not going to make ice . why can't I get a break I just want ice with my meal god I am so tired of everything now garbage nothing is good guality anymore lol oh oh and makes a loud noise like I am at the warehouse again at night it sounds like it's under construction in the kitchen at night LoL me now buddy I done. Take you whirlpool refrigerator please take this thing back !!!!?

It has everything we needed and were looking for. It is the perfect fit for the opening in the kitchen cabinet and it looks nice.

Purchased this set for my new house and was happy with the design look and price. Pros - Simple New design - Well Priced - Easy Water and ice dispenser Cons - Major Cons My 10+ year old fridge had more shelf options then this 2018 year model. How are you not able to add more shelf placement options!? - Big complaint is the noise...loudest fridge I've ever lived with..extremely annoyed how even with the TV on you still hear the humming of the fridge.

Exeeded my expectations and being an open box product I found nothing wrong with it and it works perfectly
