I like the frig. Good storage. Can see everything that is in there easier than with my Samsung the ice maker only worked for six months and cost twice as much as this frig.

I love this well-lit, very spacious, refrigerator. My only complaint is that when you open the door, it won't open partially, it falls completely open, so I have to remember to not let go of the handle. I also like the stainless steel finish.

This is a beautiful and very good refrigerator, the reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because the freezer side is pretty small and if your fridge is in a nook it's very hard to open the door enough to reach the stuff in the back. Also, it is noisier than our Samsung was.

This is a great fridge! The size is perfect and shelf and drawer placement are excellent. The temp controls are great. The crisper keeps produce fresh for more than a week or longer for some things. The black fingerprint stainless steel looks great and doesn’t show finger prints which is awesome. This goes with black and regular stainless steel appliances and we will be replacing our other appliances with this finish because we love it so much more than regular stainless steel. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is the water/ice dispenser set up. When getting ice it’s easy to push the water because the water is in front of the ice/the ice is behind the water dispenser. As long as you pay attention all is good. We’ll see if this lasts but so far so good and you can’t beat the price.

Refrigerator side is huge with plenty of door space, freezer side not so much, and if you are going to install this yourself, get some help, it's very heavy. Works great, water and ice in front door is convenient, also makes crushed ice, just wish the freezer had more room.

We have enjoyed this new refrigerator. It has a great capacity and is well lit. It keeps items fresh and at accurate temperatures.

Smooth delivery and hookup... Had for a month or so now. Good amount of ice storage, seems to cool evenly and completely. Only things it's missing from the last generation of whirlpool fridge we had are spill proof shelves, which this model does not have. The shelf position inside is also fixed, so there is no flexibility on that end aside from on the door. Also features an odd ice dispenser and separate front nozzle water dispenser design. Not saying it's bad per se, just kind of odd. Overall seems like a quality product

I had been looking for a refrigerator of this type for some time, but they usually cost between $1200 and $1700, and in some cases even over $2000. I was comparing prices at several places until I found this specific refrigerator at Best Buy. It's a good brand, had a great discount, and was the type and model we wanted. The delivery was professional; they did it quickly, efficiently, and with great care to avoid damaging or scratching the refrigerator or anything else in the apartment. The brand is highly recommended, and the delivery service is also highly recommended. Best Buy provides excellent service.

I am disappointed in the final set up where the feet of this fridge show wires and plates......very unsightly. The feet should have a cover to not let these display. Am I missing parts?? Have had this two weeks and the fridge itself is big and roomy and happy to have gone back to side-by-side. French door is not for me with bottom freezer where you can't see anything as all are piled up. Whirlpool needs to improve final look of this refrigerator!

My wife really like it. I like it too. The only minor complaint I have is the ice maker. I cannot see the on and off switch for the ice maker without taking the ice tray out of the freezer. Why? Just make the window larger and this problem would not exist.

After a disappointing experience with another big box retailer, I made a quick decision on this Whirlpool without ever owning the brand or doing much research on it. Being eyeballs deep in a global pandemic meant I couldn’t shop around in stores so everything about this purchase felt blind- having said all that, it’s a great unit. A major upgrade from what we had, so maybe I’m naive, but so far no complaints. When I notice, it seems to run a little noisy, but I have a busy household with small children so it’s not often quiet enough for me to notice. Quieter households might be more bothered by it. The black stainless is beautiful and the interior organization (drawers, racks, door shelves, etc) keeps the fridge from looking messy.

Solid refrigerator overall. It looks great and the fingerprint-resistant finish actually works. Cooling has been consistent and it’s generally quiet. The side-by-side layout does limit some storage space, but it’s functional and well organized. Not perfect, but a good, reliable fridge that does what it’s supposed to do.

For the price is a great deal and it what I needed. I had my old whirlpool for over 10 years and had to replace it and got another one. Just have one thing on the door if you add to much weight it kind opens fast and don't like that.

Overall a very nice side-by-side. After a couple of weeks of using it, there are a couple of drawbacks. The space capacity in the freezer is less than previous side-by-side (also a Whirlpool) that it is replacing, although the dimensions of the entire unit are virtually the same. Cooling motor is noisier than the previous one, and getting the ice maker to discharge ice through the door can be a bit tricky.

After our GE fridge compressor crapped out after 3 years, decided to go with a different brand and came across Whirlpool. Along with a few recommendations from friends, this ended up being the winner. Plus factor, it was also on sale. The only downfall, which i did find was reported the same as well by others, was the drip that comes from after using the ice machine. some does land in the tray, other times it does leak off onto the floor. previously used to have a side by side, then went to bottom freezer. went right back to side by side. the space in the bottom freezer is nothing compared to a stand up version freezer. hope this one last longer than the last. did take out the extended warranty with geek squad.

Quality product that serves our needs overall. I like the way the water and ice is set up. Two complaints - the water is not very cold coming out of the dispenser and the shelves are not height adjustable.

Love my new fridge, it’s beautiful and spacious. My only con is the water dispenser drips down the door.
