Enjoying our new fridge. It fits nicely into a very tight space and we appreciate that! I would say the only thing I wish is that it had chilled water but I'm sure that's at a higher price point but it's a beautiful refrigerator and we are very happy with it!

Our Samsung was dying and we need a replacement fast. This one had everything we need. It chills and freezes nicely. Quiet operation. The ice maker works well, the dispensed water could be a tad bit cooler. The glass shelves can not be raised and lowered but the good use of space makes up for that. We wish the freezer had 2 pull out drawers. Small things but we were limited due to space so this one was the best solution and we really like it. Best buy got it to us fast and the guys did a great job getting up to the 2nd story main floor. We looked at the others and didn't find what we wanted and we decided after bad expreiences with LG and Samsung they were out of the running. Whirlpool may be the last decent manufacturer of good quality fridges anymore. Glad we have it and are pleased with its performance.

I purchased this product from Best Buy recently, and it has performed exactly as advertised so far. The setup was straightforward, and the overall build quality feels solid and reliable. A few years ago I went to the new freezer on the bottom style, and hated it! Always had to dig for things in the freezer! I’m loving my new side by side! It has a great sleek look, and the inside of both the fridge and the freezer are laid out very well making it easy to store and retrieve items in both the fridge and the freezer! Loving it!

Wonderful service in set up of refrigerator, hauling it into house in freezing snow, careful, fun and skilled labor in hook up.. ATTA BOY to the kind men who delivered. We love our referigerator - it's size, color and beauty. Best Buy's service keeps me coming back. I have purchased lots of things from them, always happy!

The first one we had delivered, the water wouldn’t come out of the dispenser on the door and the water wouldn’t make it to the ice maker either. We did have another one delivered and it seems to be working fine. I don’t like how the shelves in the refrigerator section are all the same distance apart so if you have something slightly tall like a double layer cake or a pot with a lid, your only choice is to put it on the top shelf. If you have 2 tall things then good luck! From the factory it has a lube in all of the tracks of the drawers. Yes, it’s supposed to make the drawers slide better but if you get it on your hands or anything it’s hard to get off. I can’t see the tracks of the drawers lasting a long time. They seem cheap.

Husband wanted to replace refrigerator without having the high tech functions or top/bottom freezer drawers. This side-by-side is similar to the 17-year old Maytag we're replacing. It is a basic refrigerator with some good features: egg storage on door, dairy drawer, easy to reach filter, really fingerprint free :). The things I don't really like are: ice dispenser takes up too much freezer space, lower hinge on freezer has a white component that stands out from the black stainless, poor water dispenser design (should be set further back from the door recess as water spills on the floor if the glass isn't placed exactly right).

whirlpool side by side is a great frig at an amazing price love the storage and way the shelves are laid out same with the freezer side whirlpool in my opinion makes very good appliances and what ever you on any of you purchase at best buy don't for get the price match guaranty so you will all ways get lowest price aroung

We replaced an old LG fridge that died just after going out of warranty due to a compressor failure. This new Whirlpool was available at a fantastic price, fit even better than our old fridge and has worked like a charm. The reviews for Whirlpool put it as one of the most reliable fridge brands in the market and Best Buy's deliver and haul away service was fantastic!

I rely on reviews for large purchases like this. After reading some of the reviews about this fridge and owning it for a month, I wanted to give some honest answers. 1. The freezer side is a bit small because of the ice maker. If you love ice or use a lot of ice you are set. Don't worry about the ice cube size, who cares! The crusher is awesome! 2. Yes the refrigerator makes noises. Here's a hint... they all do. It makes noise when the ice drops, when the water fills up, and when it's running. It's not loud like a plane, or a train, but there are noises because it is an appliance that is constantly running. 3. It does come with a filter. It says it's a 6 month filter but it really depends on how much water and ice you use. The filter is located in the bottom left part of the fridge. Make sure you have something under the fridge to catch the water when you remove it. 4. The ice dispenser does spit a bit of ice but it's such a small amount that it's really not a big deal. The ice comes out fast, so be prepared. 5. There are a few adjustable shelves but not as much as my last fridge. The drawers don't have rollers but if you close them nicely and not force them it won't be an issue. 6. My last Samsung had a tray below where the ice and water were dispensed that had to be removed to be cleaned. If you waited too long stuff would grow on the tray...gross. THIS fridge doesn’t have a gross tray, it’s all one piece...yay! 7. The stainless steel finish truly is fingerprint resistant, I checked. 8. I like how the handles are flattened in the front instead of a cylinder type shape. The LED light inside is very bright. The fridge has no door alarm so you do have to make sure that the door closes completely. 9. Be careful when you open the doors. I've noticed that sometimes the weight of what's in the door will cause the door to fling back a little bit. Well, I hope that my opinions helped with some of your questions. Whirlpool is a good brand that’s been around for a long time. They make really good solid products.

This item is supposed to come with a can caddy, I have searched all places it should be according to the internet and have not been successful in my search for the wire rack. The delivery guys must have removed the refrigerator from the box inside the truck because I saw them put it on the liftgate unboxed, that is the only place I could not check for the part.

Would give it 5 stars but the water and ice area just don't line up right for larger glasses. Constantly having water coming out when I am trying to get ice. Other issue is the drawers stick and aren't quite right.

The product is the best, I have always liked the brand all the products I use are from that brand, the cooling system is very easy like water filtration, and if we talk about space it is the best I am one of the people who buys many things and I think the space has not failed me.

Meets all my needs and looks nice. Very quite too. Main reason I'm giving it a 4 and not 5* is because the feet has exposed wires as shown in other pictures here. No excuse in that. Also my first refrig delivered had a big crease in the side and I had to wait a week to get it replaced. But those thing happen. Another negative is the Geek Squad tech support. One of the delivery guys gave me his phone number and email address if I had any questions. I had one follow up question the same day and I left him a message and sent him an email. No response as of a week later. Called the regular Geek squad CS number and could never get through(waited 30 minutes). But other than that, the delivery guys were nice and did a good job with the delivery. Overall.....satisfied with the refrig.

Before I purchased this model, I read the reviews and it seemed that one of the biggest complaints was the noise that the ice maker makes was loud. With that in mind, I purchased it anyway thinking that it would not be that big of a deal. Well, it kind of is. It's pretty loud as I have to turn the ice maker off at night. I'm not sure if Whirlpool has a replacement or not. The other issue is the water dispenser as it will drip after use and will drip on and down in front of the door. Other than that, it seems to be a good one. If I had it to do over again, I would have spent a little more and got the counter depth model.

We’ve only had this unit less than two weeks, but so far have been pleased. I really like the interior lighting. With the shelves and drawers being clear, the light can shine right through. It makes it easy to see everything. It creates an illusion that the interior is more spacious. We like the light on the freezer door for water and ice. The ice dispenser area is a little shorter than in our previous fridge so it takes a little getting used to. The solution is to use a shorter cup to catch the ice and pour into your tall cup. Also, the water is in front of the ice, so it is necessary to pay attention when getting ice and water. It’s nice that the light on the ice/water area goes on when it senses your glass. You may keep the light on all the time if you wish. The only issue I have is that the ice dropping from the ice maker is much louder than our previous refrigerator. Although, this fridge is supposed to be the same size as our old Samsung fridge, the freezer compartment is smaller. The whole top shelf is ice maker where in the Samsung, the ice maker was half the size. The shelves on the door are substantially smaller as well. Overall, it’s quiet, the price was reasonable and it looks nice. It serves the purpose.

We’ve had this fridge in our kitchen for a few months now and it has been absolutely fantastic. My only gripe is that sometimes the ice gets stuck in the shoot and then leaves a puddle after melting, though that definitely could just be user error.

I really don't like the water and ice coming out 2 different places.I can't put my large glass in it.The door opens too far.Does'nt seem tight enough.
