I had a big fridge but when kids moved out it was storing a lot of uneaten food and leftovers. This fridge is good for us three. It’s more manageable and I am wasting less food. So yes it’s not a big fridge but it’s good if you don’t need a lot of room. I also like that it has a huge ice maker! It’s a little noisy. Best thing is I am managing our food better buying less and not keeping science experiments in my fridge! Good fridge for the price! I like it.

We scheduled pick-up and everyone was very accommodating. Everything was exactly as needed, The refrigerator is better than expected plus we had to get a few other items and they graciously helped get the items for me so i didnt have to search for them since i am temporarily disabled.

This was a great purchuse at a great price. It sits well in the home and it is roomy. It was an amazing purchuse.

The 1st fridge had to be returned. Bad freezer side w/ice maker, water dispenser and overall malfunction. 2nd one seems to be fine. Ice dispenser a little slow to build up if you use a lot of ice. Overall, it's a good fridge.

Bought this refrigerator to replace an LG fridge that died as soon as its warranty expired. Asked the repairman who came to take a look at it which units he never serviced, and he recommended to get a Whirlpool. So far we are very pleased. Its layout is more convenient, and things are easier to find. The water/ice dispenser make less of a mess, and when a mess does happen, its very easy to clean — unlike its predecessor.

It has plenty off space in it, fits great in the space we have for it ,and it was a great price we are very happy with it

I really like the size of this fridge. The shelves are good. Although they aren’t necessarily movable which makes it difficult to customize the space between shelves. The freezer is good. I came from the drawer type freezer space which felt like I was digging into a deep freezer to search for items I love the shelves makes it easier to view and store freezer items.

The very definition of going above and beyond for customer service. Thinking and operating outside of the box to overcome challenges associated with this delivery was unmatched. Great guys and professionals. Much appreciate their effort! John

Spacious, fits all of our groceries for a little family. Refrigerator is bigger than the freezer side, but you can still store all of your food + more!

We recently purchased our new Whirlpool refrigerator, and so far, it’s been an excellent addition to our kitchen. The design is sleek and modern, with plenty of space inside to organize everything from large family meals to snacks for quick grabs. The shelves and drawers are adjustable, which makes it easy to customize the layout for our needs.

This unit is sleek, efficient and very practical. The ice machine gave 2 options for ice-vwey convenient. Also freezer works excellent. We also enjoy the moving top shelf.

I purchased this fridge nearly 3 years ago and I am sadly disappointed. I purchase a Kenmore grom Sears in 2006 and never had a problem with water dispenser or ice maker with regular filter changing. I sold my home and included it with the sale. I purchased a whirlpool because it is suppose to be by same manufacturer as Kenmore. I find that hard to believe compared to the inconsistant working operation of ice maker and water dispenser. I called for service only to learn that you have to pay $150 for him to walk in your house & any services & parts are extra. You could end of paying half the amount of a new fridge. What a rip off. I had an issue in Sept 2023 and its only Dec 2023 and its happening again.

Was looking for a Maytag side by side. I hated to let the one I had go after having it for 26 years, but nothing lasts forever. This Whirlpool side-by-side was as close as I could get, and It’s been great! I like the brightness of the lighting on the inside, and the contents are viewable due to the clear drawers. Would have liked more freezer storage, but it will do. I love how fast the water flows from the water dispenser on the door, and a light automatically comes on when using the ice or water dispenser. Overall a great refrigerator!

Best looking refrigerator I’ve seen love the black stainless steel and double door makes plenty of room for all the groceries 5 stars for me !

We love the unit, but after 3 weeks we opened the freezer and found one huge block of ice in the ice tray and icycles down the sides...took us 2 hours and a hair dryer to get the tray out. We called Whirlpool and they sent a guy out who determined it was a bad water valve (on a brand new refrigerator/freezer). We are currently waiting for the part and replacement, all covered under warranty. As long as they follow through on repairs, we are happy with the product.

Have only had this for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. It makes a decent amount of ice and is pretty quiet. I like the can holder in the door and it is roomy inside. I do wish the fruit and veggie drawers were a bit less shallow.

After a friend had to replace a 3 yr old Samsung refrigerator because it needed a very simple repair, but the parts weren't available anymore, I did my research. I found out that this is a very common scenario today with many brands. I discovered that Whirlpool is one of the best companies for parts availability years later. There are others, but I didn't have $5000-$7000 to spend on a fridge. Whirlpool was the most affordable line with a good reputation for parts. The model below this one with no icemaker or drinks dispenser had a fake stainless steel front that people complained was terrible (shows every fingerprint, can't be cleaned and in some cases rusted). That one wasn't for me, but this model had great reviews from owners so I gave it a try. It has turned out to be a great refrigerator. The REAL stainless steel front is fantastic--it barely ever shows fingerprints, is a snap to clean when it does (just run a damp towel over it and it looks like new) and holds more inside than I ever expected. I love everything about it except that the shelves are not adjustable. That is the ONLY room for improvement (and the ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5), everything else exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this refrigerator to anybody looking for a great product in this price range.

Ice maker makes a lot of noise. The ice dispenser spits out ice all over regardless if it's cubes or crush ice. Have to pick up ice on the floor. It would be nice if there is removable drip holder instead of static. Humidity control doesn't control humidity in the drawer.

This is a no frills fridge with everything you need Makes whole and crushed ice, filtered water. Shelves are not adjustable but can be removed to clean. For the price you would be hard pressed to find a better value.

I would purchase this whirlpool because of the size and quality.
