A very good refrigerator at its price point. Whirlpool never disappoints when it comes to their appliances. Very stylish brushed stainless steel finish that will compliment your kitchen. This refrigerator is in between your average functional refrigerator, and right at the tail of the much more high end units. I have a family of 6, and we all fill up our water bottles throughout the day. The ice machine makes ample amounts of ice for everyone filling up plus some stored in the bin. It does take about 24 hours to make the first batch, but once it starts the bin will fill up quick. Internal has good amount of storage both in the freezer and fridge itself. Also, Bestbuy's delivery was very swift and easy. The guys took it all the way to our kitchen and hooked up our water line to it (Additional charge for the installation, trust me it is worth it if you don't know what you are doing).

This fridge is remarkably roomy inside, and the space is well organized. My only negative observation is the plastic bins for vegetables, etc., are brittle and easy to leave pulled out when you try to close the door -- with the result of a cracked or broken bin. We only made the mistake once. I tried to order a replacement part, but apparently Best Buy sells a special model that has slightly different parts from bog-standard Whirlpool products, and I was unable to replace our cracked bin. Oh well. Other than that, I'm very happy with it.

The gents that delivered the fridge did a great job. Fridge seems to work. Not as noisy as the last one. Can you put less stickers on the plastic. My wife scratched the front plastic panel trying to get the sticker off.

The refrigator is good, however, the installation and carry away service was awful. They never installed the new water unit and did not carry away the old refrigerator, which was in the contract and paid for.

This is an overall good refrigerator for the cost.

It seems like the shelves and drawers a cheaply made. The icemaker is worse. I had a Whirlpool for 25 years until the icemaker finally broke. I felt it was time to get a new one so I bought another Whirlpool. I am disappointed in the quality of this model. But on the flip side it was cheaper than the others so I guess you get what you pay for. I see myself buying replacement parts in the future if I want to keep this one for 25 years. Not what I expected from name brand. I could have went with off brand and got the same quality.

couple dings i saw, i suppose nothing major, but annoys me that its "new" and this is the case. Especially on the top and on side a few scratches. Leaving 4 because of that. Otherwise its a similar enough model to the one i had at my old home and i love whirlpool because i ad that one 5 years, not one issue. And as much as i long Samsung for most things, my sibling went through like 3 within 5 years. Goes to show the reliability of whirlpool. Not to mention, the old one im replacing in my new home... is a 20+ year old white whirlpool fridge as well. That still works fine and i will move to garage or somewhere. Highly recommend , especially the brand!

we are very happy w9th the size, configuration and performance of this refrigerator.

We are satisfied with the Whirlpool side by side. The shelves are fixed but offer a lot of clearance. Door bins are generous, freezer is cold, and ice maker/water dispenser work. The hum was a problem until we leveled it. Refrigerator was level side to side but not front to back. Checked our floor and it is level. We removed the front grill and adjusted the wheels as explained in the Whirlpool instructions. The front grill has 2 clips, one on each end that need to be pulled straight out to disengage. Now that it is level, the sound/hum is a normal sound in our open living area with tile floors. Sound went down about 3 decibels on phone sound app., about 39dB to 36dB, standing next to refrigerator.

This is my 3rd whirlpool side by side refrigerator. The first 2 were great lasting 10 to 12 years each and I am sure the 3rd one will be just as reliable

Beautiful Refrigerator. Has lots of space and makes a ton of ice cubes. Even on the medium setting, everthing stay nice and cold. Very quiet.

This refrigerator is so roomy. Old one had 2 drawers, this one has 3 drawers. Plenty of room on the shelves. Love the ice maker, ours was broken, so this one was great..

Great! Exactly what we were looking for. Spacious and not very loud. At least not more than what’s expected from a refrigerator. Plus saved us more money buying here with Best Buy. No one else had there price beat!

Nice fridge freezer, but hate that I can’t adjust the shelves.

Love this fridge!! had trouble with door but Best Buy came right out and replaced! This is a great fridge and cost was perfect!

Upgraded refrigerator. Ice and Water in door. Ice maker can be noisy, usually not too bad. Ice sometimes gets stuck, easy to clear.

The interior of the frig gets steamed up each time you open the door. The door dented slightly the first time it was opened when it bumped the adjacent wall. The water dispenser drips water down the face of the door if you remove the glass too quickly or if you lightly touch the water dispenser when getting ice. It should be set back about 1/2 inch more in the door to prevent this from happening. There should be more adjustment positions for the shelves to accommodate taller items. In general the unit does keep refrigerated items cool and the freezer keeps them frozen.

Our old refrigerator broke down. We needed a new one that was 69 7/8 inches or less because of our existing cabinets. This one fits and the refrigerator and freezer are fine. My main complaint is the ice maker is completely different than the one in the model on the showroom floor. It produces ice slowly and doesn’t seem to have an overflow bar that will shut it off if it gets too full.
