This fridge doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a lot of the other models, but provides a nice feature set for the price point. The one complaint is that the wheels underneath don't seem to lock and sometime the weight of the door swinging open pulls the fridge away from the wall.

Great looking "side by side" refrigerator/freezer. It seems a little noisy at times, but we were told to expect some noise occasionally. My wife loves the way she can see what is in the drawers and on the shelves--nicely lighted and nothing is hidden from view. She likes how the shelves on the door can be rearranged, but that cannot be said of the interior shelves (which is a negative for her). She loves that the refrigerator is on rollers, and can be rolled out easily for cleaning purposes. She could not think of any negatives pertaining to the freezer side. We are happy with our purchase, and very happy with the guys that did the installation.

The good: Great layout, lighting, shelving is nice. I love the door shelves and how they can be adjusted. Nice temperatures so far. Great looking fridge. Water hookup was easy. Huge ice capacity compared to what I'm used to. Neutral: Water filter is outside on bottom front- pretty easy access, but near the floor. Gray sides. Ice dropping can be kind of noisy at night. Not so good: In door dispenser drips a little from time to time. Sometimes the water valve has a slight delay turning off. Some slight rattling noises when the compressor is running, nothing major. Once in a while a piece of ice will get stuck in a spot that makes it hard to pull the ice drawer out. Overall, love this refrigerator.

Originally had a Samsung fridge, would not recommend. First of all I learned why the ice makers go out so quickly, it's because they are in the fridge and not the freezer. Bought this Whirlpool as an open box unit and have had no problems.

I wish there was a very good rating. This refrigerator is better than good, but not excellent, so very good. It is perfect for a medium size family. The storage compartments are spacious for freezing and chilling items. The ice dispenser is great, especially needed for hot weather climates. The stainless steel also pops in a kitchen with its modern look, so it's quite appealing center piece.

GREAT FRIDGE. IT MATCHES MY NEW OVEN REALLY WELL. WOULD HAV BEEN NICE IF AFTER ITR WAS SET UP IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED HOW TO PUT THE INSIDE TOGETHER AND ON ITS FUNCTIONS. AS IN: HOW TO SET TERMP FOR FRIDGE AND FREEZER, HOW TO TURN ON ICE MAKER, etc. SAME THING OCCURED WHEN MY OVEN WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS SET UP, CHECKED TO BE SURE IT WORKED, BUT WAS NEVER INSTRUCTED ON ITS FUNCTIONS AND USE.

We bought this less than 6 months ago and regret this purchase for many reasons: one, water drips from the drink dispenser and down the front of the refrigerator. Also, the way you press the water dispenser to get water in your cup, you use the lip of your cup and how unsanitary is that! We have water somehow dripping from somewhere in the freezer and icicles forming from the top and sides. My husband found some solution online that involved putting silicone caulking around the seal, but that did not help at all. I keep begging him to call Whirlpool, but haven't yet. My biggest beef is the poor return policy of Best Buy. We said years ago we wouldn't buy from them just for the policy alone, but obviously we forgot and are sorely reminded at this point. We should have gone to Costco.

Good fridge so far. No problems with it yet. Works as expected.

I love it, my old refrigerator was the same brand Whirlpool and I have it for 16 years and it works wonder full all the years . that is why I get the same brand. and thank you best buy for the workers that you have they where so nice letting me know at what time the will be coming and nice setting up the refrigerator.

This is a very good fridge . It is as beautiful to look at as it is spacious.

Perfect for the type of fridge my family was needing. Has multiple additions such as the ice maker, water dispenser, and large enough freezer. The side by side is great.

Good size, enough storage for a family of 4, easy to operate, the only thing I wished it had was a temp control drawer for the meat and vegetables on like my older model whirlpool refrigerator.

Love the side by side. Roomy, functional space, ice/water so great. Finish easy to clean.

Few minor problems with it. Filter for water is a little difficult to reach. Its a bit louder when its running. But all in all its ok

I have been very satisfied with my fridge ,and purchase, the whirlpool product works great ,and I dont have to worry about our food getting spoiled again...very satisfied!!!

Last fridge I purchased was in 1989, so this an well needed upgrade. A bit bigger than I anticipated, however glad I purchased this model. Really doesn't show fingerprints and is very quite running. Love adjustable shelves and drawers. Best Buy deliver guys were wonderful, fast and cleaned up as they left. Fourth appliance I have purchased from BestBuy due to the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT!

So far, I love this fridge. It’s compact but spacious, with plenty of shelf and drawer space. Ice maker can be a little loud, and the angle of the glass placement when getting ice is a bit awkward, making it easy to spill/deip ice.

It’s been great so far! One of the drawers had a small crack and customer service without question sent a replacement. Appreciate that! At first you think there’s not enough space but in reality there is plenty. Love the drink holders on the side door. The no fingerprints is a game changer.
