This is just an okay refrigerator. I was expecting to enjoy cool water from the dispenser but only get slightly chilled water and lots of drip running down the front of the door. The ice maker randomly drops ice from the dispenser as well. I have found puddles of melted ice on my hardwood floor in the morning. I was going to turn in a warranty claim, but not I see from other reviews that it's a design problem. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

This refrigerator has some nice features over my old Whirlpool fridge that was similar to this one. I like that the water dispenser is in front of the ice dispenser, making it easier to fill a glass of water. It also has nice, wide shelves in the refrigerator door and glass shelving in the freezer. Why I gave this refrigerator an average rating is because it is a lot louder than my old fridge when the compressor is running. Also, the refrigerator side doesn't seem to cool evenly - the top half is a few degrees colder than the bottom half. I had to up the refrigerator temperature setting one notch in order to get the bottom half to cool to less than 40 degrees. (It was reading between 40 and 42 degrees.)

Bought this item as part of a package for Kitchen appliances. The item was delivered and installed with no issues. The refrigerator has great space and is holding up to the Whirlpool reputation. It is working fine and getting the needed job done.

I'm a first time home buyer I had a fridge that came with the house and decided to buy a brand new one. The fridge is pretty nice lots of space for my needs it has glass shelves in the freezer which doesn't bother me any. How ever the water tray below the dispenser doesn't have a cover or anything so it can drop down your fridge which I solved by putting a washcloth in it's place to catch any dripping water. Otherwise a awesome fridge

My wife and I just bought a house together. The existing fridge was a mess. Normally, I just skip the "floor person assist", but this time the lady was super nice and looked a few things up on her phone. Takeaway was smooth. Install was smooth. Thank you.

Excelent perfect size, at two out of five levels , freeze every thing in minutes.

This replaced a 14-16 year old unit in our kitchen so it was like night and day going between the two. There is a considerable amount of shelf space and in-door area available for storage, and the clear shelves make the whole thing seem large and open.

Great ice maker and roomy refrigerator and freezer . Best buy said they would hook up the ice maker but had to call a plumber afterwards

A solid fridge for an even better price! Whirlpool is such a great brand. Can’t go wrong!

Whirlpool seems to be average product now that it is in my home. Refrigerator door handles not even. Called Best Buy and had them come back to improve. They tired, but told just Whirlpool's product quality. It's better, but not perfect for a new refrig.

The whirlpool side by side is an excellent upgrade and it's not noicy.

We replaced our 13 year old GE refrigerator because it had started leaking. We have had our new black stainless steel (which is gorgeous) one for a little over a month now. So far we are very happy with our purchase. Great fridge, great price, no complaints!

Just what we were looking for. Has more room inside than anticipated. Very attractive appliance that added an upgrade to kitchen.

I fell in love with this fridge the second I saw it, and I'm so glad we purchased it. Such a beauty wow, and she works like a charm. The fridge is quiet, and when it makes ice it's a nice quiet sound. If I could, I would purchase this fridge again.

Overall good fridge/freezer. I had the previous model from 2019 and loved it enough to buy the same when I moved to a new state. Only issue if the decision to make the ice machine awful in comparison to how easy it was to use before.

This is a great refrigerator. I've had it a month now, and I have no complaints! I really love the gallon shelf on the door! It's a very spacious fridge... which is what I wanted. It's a great appliance for this price point.

This fridge is OK. Does the job, but it does some weird noises. The water filter is proprietary and expensive to replace. Construction is OK, nothing that seems premium. My door came not aligned, and despite of me trying to adjust based on their recommendation I could not get it aligned and it bothers me. Size is good, on fridge and freezer. I like the side by side model.

Good price..Quick delivery. Had to buy in a hurry because builder said they could not get refrigerator in time for closing. Had GE product before and it was junk. Broke down twice in 2 years. Did not have extended warranty so it cost me plenty. Only had this one for a short time and seems to work as intended. Only thing we do not like is the water/ice dispenser being two different paddles. Easy to miss and spill water on floor.
