We really like the new fridge. It is almost identical to my old one, which I really liked. My former refrigerator (same style; different manufacturer) lasted from January, 2001 up until February, 2023. It had never needed repair. I hope this refrigerator can live up to the longevity and dependability of my former one, (in which the freezer does not freeze anymore, but the refrigerator still works)!

Decent fridge. Good value compared to others in it's class. It is noisier than any other fridge I have owed, but I have gotten used to it. Our dog hated the noises at first. He, too, has gotten used to it, Huge ice bin. Ice size is small in comparison but I like the smaller size. 1 star taken away for the noise.

But I don’t like the noises It makes, strange noises that my previous whirlpool didn’t make. I also don’t like the drawers and shelves as well as my previous refrigerator. They are very thin plastic, the drawers are hard to open and close. The refrigerator door swings open much farther and hits my pantry door knob. But we’ve adjusted and the stainless looks great!

My first ever refrigerator purchase and I couldn't be happier. This fridge is super cold and the filter system is awesome! The only thing I didn't like was that after a while the ice would get clogged in the ice maker, but it wasn't anything a quick youtube video wouldn't fix. Love it

The fridge is fine, but the bin for ice ans door shelves are very thin plastic.

Overall we are happy with our purchase. The ice/water dispenser are very close together and sometimes end up getting water when I only want ice. The freezer space is on the smaller side but is not an issue for us since we have another freezer in the basement. I like the exterior look.

This seems to be a good fridge for the price. However, we had to exchange the first one because it stopped cooling after just a couple of days. Luckily, Best Buy competed all of the exchange process. Time without a fridge/freezer was the only hassle. We'll see how it goes in the long run...I'm hoping I was just unlucky the first attempt!

We are pretty happy with this fridge, although the shelves are not adjustable, heightwise, there are so many shelf door options so we are able to fit everything nicely. The lighting is BRIGHT and we like it that way, you can see all the way to the back without moving everything around. Our first one was a bit wonky, the door would stick and make a terrible noise but Best Buy had another one to me in a week and we are very pleased with the purchase and delivery and follow-up. Delivery guys were professional and wore masks. Thank you Best Buy and Whirlpool.

Spacious. The only thing I wish it had was a grate for the water and ice dispenser

If I could give it zero stars I would! I am on my second replacement, hundreds of dollars in spoil food, time wasted taking days off work to get it repair it is ridiculous! Bought Best Buy geek squad protection but since my refrigerator is not a year old they keep sending me to deal directly with Whirlpool. On the phone for the 6 or 7 time trying to get it fixed and no one is helping I need a NEW refrigerator or my money back at this point very frustrated buyer beware when purchasing this useless piece of steel and also beware when buying their extended protection plan since Best Buy hides behind the manufactures warranty.

I am sooo happy with the purchase. From shopping at the store to delivery everything was seamless.

Works great, but the finish on freezer door has a mark on it and yes I reported it.

Nothing fancy just a good working unit. Ice and water dispenser is little tricky to use

This refrigerator is very functional. It was a great price and the product quality did not suffer. We are happy with it. I love the side-by-side set up because it's easy for the kids to Grab & Go.

Good fridge. Cooling is very good, way better than my previous LG. I will saw I don’t like how the made the bottom hinges near floor bc you can see the metal hardware. I thought there was a cover missing but that is how made. First order had dent during install and replacement fridge didn’t close correctly.

Love the size and storage. Only thing I don’t like is where the ice and water come out the front. It took some getting use to not hitting the water button when trying to get ice.

We were in need of a replacement and this fit our spot and was priced just right.

Delivery went well. Install not completed by Best Buy since they will not install to reverse osmosis (RO) system. Did install myself. Initial water and ice production fine, subsequent water dispense fine but subsequent ice production not good. Per Best Buy, will call Whirlpool.

The delivery was great and setup was a problem took two times the geek squad had to come out but it got fixed. The problem was the water line hook up. I have an older house and they wouldn't use the exsisting water hook-up. On the second visit they hooked it up.

Good refrigerator with all the basic features. I didn’t need all the bells and whistles offered with the higher priced models so this worked out perfectly for me.
