The fridge was delivered with no defects, and has been working perfectly since. The only downside of the fridge is the water dispenser area isn't designed very well. No room for any cup to sit and getting ice is troublesome. Water likes to spit all over the front as well when removing cup.

Our old Whirlpool Refrigerator lasted 17 years. We smelled a chemical odor when we opened the door (leaking freon). It never stopped cooling. This model is almost the exact same design interior storage and size as the old model (except ice maker is different). It is a little louder than the old model when cooling? Would have thought they could go the other direction (down) with the db's? So far at one month we are enjoying the refresh! Would buy again. 2 man delivery team was fast, pleasant & professional!

The fridge came at a much needed time! We lost food twice with our old Samsung. The delivery guys came in set up was a breeze. The only thing was they said after 4 hours you can put food in fridge. The instruction say after 24 hours. I hope I don't get food sickeness!

Cold and spacious, there is room for everything. Fit snugly into the space in our kitchen and the water pressure from the door fountain is more powerful than most. The only setback could easily be user error and that is the door ice dispenser and water fountain are stacked on top of eachother so sometimes you hit both at once on accident depending on the glass you are filling.

I like this fridge it was a good buy for the money. The only problem is the refrigerator door keeps dropping lower than the freezer door. I returned the last one I got and got a different one because of it and this one’s doing the same thing.

Once we found a salesperson, we got super help. We quickly bought our new Whirlpool refrigerator. We had a snafu with our first delivery team. Our second team was excellent and very thoughtful. As for the refrigerator, it is great. I can finally find things in the fridge. Thanks for the good service and the bonus card.

I have had this refrigerator for about 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier. I did a lot of homework for an entry level side by side refrigerator and am very happy with my purchase. It works well, keeps everything cold, the water dispenser and ice maker all work well and is very well lighted inside and also the this display outside can be seen well in the dark. It makes a little noise but not a problem unless it sits next to your bedroom door.

Great ice maker. I miss the storage of my old french door with bottom separate freezer but this is easy to clean and a quality unit

Beautiful looking in my kitchen. Good space in both the fridge and freezer. I LOVE the beverage holder. Heres why i only gave it a three...after about an hour after plugging it in, it started making the most dreadful sound! I finally figured out that it was the ice maker. It sounds as if it is all cranked a bit too tight, so when it is ready to dump the ice, you get to listen to what sounds like finger nails down a chalk board and then back up and this goes on all day! If your bedroom is near the kitchen, you will hear this all night too! I was hoping it would work itself out, but after 3 weeks, it is time for a call to service. I pray it can be fixed because i really like everything else about the fridge. If this issue can be resolved, then my rating would change to a 5 out of 5 stars.

Very nice refrigerator. Great, easy to clean finish. Only complaint is the is and water dispenser could be a little higher up on the door.

This refrigerator matches all of my other appliances and when you open it you have a great view of all items within.

My fiancée and I recently bought our first home together and decided this was a good fridge to start with being that we don’t have children yet. It’s perfect size for the two of us! Not too big, not too small. I love the stainless steel finish, although it does leave some fingerprints. I love having the ice and filtered water, big plus!

The plastic in the floor of the freezer developed a large crack. We did nothing to cause that sort of damage. Refrigerator is less than two years old. Even if barely out of warranty that is a terrible quality control flaw. Product support offered no support.

I bought this Whirlpool 24.6 cubic foot side by side fridge in order to replace the one that was there when I moved in. This is 1.5 cubic feet larger, which is great, and it has a sleek, attractive design. The icemaker is fast; the storage is substantial; and I love the bright white LED interior light. This fridge is also super easy to pull out if necessary - a rare attribute, but great if one has to get behind the fridge to clean, etc. I am really happy with this - good price without being ridiculously expensive; and it has everything I need, including the ability to turn off the icemaker if I don't want ice to sit for weeks.

We've had the refrig for about 4 weeks and it is great. It looks good and is not hard to clean having a brushed stainless surface. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the ice machine but the helpline at Whirlpool helped us take out the icemaker part to find the on/off switch. Really not much dripping from taking water out unless you are careless. So no problems that were in the many reviews I read. The delivery guys were efficient and careful and got the refrig level and the handles levelled too.

Have had this now for about 2 months. Everything has been working fine. Temperature settings on the outside are handy but I wish they gave an accurate temp. setting instead of just a number of lit bars. The door shelves can be configured in a number of ways, the interior is well lit with the led lighting, and the compressor noise is not overly loud when it turns on. The built in water filter is a nice feature but I have not had to change it yet so can't report on how easy it is to change. So far pleased with this purchase.
