Customers are saying
Customers are impressed with the 4.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer's cleaning performance and large capacity, finding it easy to use and a good value for the price. However, some customers noted that the washer can be noisy and that the lack of an agitator, less-than-ideal spin cycle, and absence of a fabric softener dispenser were drawbacks. A small number of users also reported reliability issues.

Good solid Washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has held up very well. My old washer took about 30mins per load, this one is about 45. Besides that- clothes are clean, no soap build up. It is a bit on the louder side, but not a problem if your washer is in another room.

Love the tub size
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like being able to wash large loads... blankets, bedspreads. A little noisy than I would like and no alarm to let you know when load is done. Otherwise good washer for the price.

Works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a good machine for the price. It's a high efficiency top loader which is what I wanted. Couldn't stand the front loader I had anymore. It does make some weird noises when it's washing which from what I read is totally normal. It washes and it spins thoroughly so No complaints.

Good inexpensive washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're looking for a real quiet washer, look elsewhere. While the noise it makes is more than my old washer, it does not bother me. It doesn't have an agitator inside, which I've never had, but it cleans the clothes just fine.

load of laundry seems to take a long time.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It takes a long time to complete the wash cycle. Happy with the results. I was never told I had to use a special detergent. (took 2 hours to do a load of sheets). Once I figured that out a load of sheets takes about 50 minutes.

Good lower price washer.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We just had the washer installed this week. When Best Buy/Pacific Home had the washer delivered, the delivery person could not hook-up the washer hose--the prior hose was old and would not come off. We had to have a plumber out the next day to have this issue taken care of. The only complaint we have thus far is that the washer seems loud when it is shifting from washing, rinsing, spinning, etc. We do like not having the agitator in the washer. For the price, it seems like a good washer thus far. The wash cycle goes fairly quickly. It is nice having the option of one rinse or two rinse cycles.

Does the Job
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a solid washer. Not very up to date as there in no detergent compartment but the downy ball seems to do the trick. I'd also reccomend doing all loads on "deep water wash" as normal sometimes wont get everything wet.

Ignore the negative reviews
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this washer now for almost a year. The deep water wash cycle is my Go To. Everything is clean, spun, right. Front loader HE washers I’ve had in the past do not even compare to this top loader. Yes, I would buy this again. Great machine. Quiet, easy to balance and tons of info on YouTube if I run into any problems.

Its not just a washing machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We just replaced a 14 year old Whirlpool washer with this Whirlpool washer because we like the reliability of the brand. We thought this was an "equivalent " machine since it was in the same price range. It wasn't. EVen though it is only two inches bigger in size the capacity is 25% greater. It has more features and is "smarter". It does not have an agitator so your clothes don't get wrapped around one when you are trying to take them out. It is gentler on the clothing. It is quieter.

Very large drum
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't had it very long but I love it so far. I like that it holds a lot of clothes and seems to do a good job cleaning them. I'm not very tall so love the fact that it's not too tall where it would make hard for me to reach the bottom!

Great Washer for the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the washer a lot. For the price, I can't really complain too much. It's not a luxury item, but it washes my family's clothes and so far we used it for 3-4 times a week with full loads and haven't encountered any issues. We bought it last month.

Excellent Affordable Washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We looked at several models of washer from the 400-1000 range, and in terms of bang for your buck, this washer is the way to go. It's quiet and efficient, and my clothes have been coming out great. In a house of five this washer gets a lot of use, and it performs excellently. The lack of a center post means no more laundry-pop, and allows for a surprising amount of laundry capacity for the size of the machine.

Good product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It gets all the clothes clean with no issue, I like how large it is. Only thing I don't care for is that it locks after you start it. If you forget to throw a shirt in there after it starts, you can't without starting it all over again.

Dont waste your $
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washer is very noisey. I thought me getting a washer without an agitator would be a nice touch since you can obviously fit more clothes in.....wrong! Dude..this thing barely spins my clothes around. It basically soaks my clothes, i dont feel like they are getting wrung around and clean. Not to mention, i have to put it on deep water wash in order for allllll my clothes to get touched my water. Did I mention its loud already? Not my top pick. I cant wait to get a new washer already.

great washing machine
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.love this washer...top load. large basket, clothes get cleaner faster. I don't have to try to figure out if it is a large, medium or small load..the washer does it for me. I even washed my quilt....no problem. Outstanding....we bought the washer without an agitator. clothing are in better shape now than with the old washer. Yeah so glad we got it.

Wife likes it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a high efficiency washer, so you have to put a cleaning tablet in it and run it on the cleaning cycle once a month so it doesn't smell funky, but my wife really likes that there's no central agitator. I don't see the big deal about that, but she's all about it. This is the first washer I've had where the valves close so quickly that it creates water hammer, but a couple $11 water hammer arrestors took care of that.

Great product!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a Whirlpool washer and dryer purchased about 30 years ago and did a wonderful job. When the washer quit working, we decided that because of their age, it would be better to finally retire them. We selected another Whirlpool pair, the price was great, and they do an even getter job than the ones they replaced. If these last 30 years, we will again have gotten more than our money's worth!
