Good, basic clothes washer. All dial controls, but has most settings, including a delicate setting. Huge tub, can hold a bulky king size comforter with ease. The top locks during spinning, and won't open if you get an unbalanced load... that is the one bummer issue.

This washer gets my clothes clean. it has a terrific soak setting and you can add heavy soiled for extra washing. it makes a little more noise than my old washer but gets the clothes clean rinsed and spun and they come out clean

I found it easy to use, great for saving water and it seems like my clothes are cleaner. I love the different options for clothes, blankets, rugs and sheets. And it's quieter than my old non efficient washer.

I’ve had a few front load washers that I absolutely hated. Between fighting the mold around the drum liner and the frustration of forgetting that ONE stray sock and having to wait for the next load I was over it. I saw this washer and dryer set in store and had never seen a top load without the agitator so I figured I’d give it a try. SO GLAD I did. I love this washer. My husband has some really acidic sweat in his feet and wears boots all day so finding the right setting so the clothes didn’t come out smelling like his socks was key. All it needed was to be set on 2 rinse cycles and presoak set to on and bam. Clean smelling laundry no matter how many socks go in the wash. I love the feature without the agitator even though I’ve seen reviews from professionals and others saying they didn’t think it was great. I’ve had so many hoodies, tank tops and other clothing with stings ruined from being wrapped around the agitators accidentally that I’ll never buy another washer with one again. All in all 100% recommend. It’s a solid washer and I have 0 complaints!

Love my washer. It gets clothes clean without damaging them. However, there is no reservoir for fabric softener...you need to interrupt the rinse cycle in order to add softener. It still works great, but it’s a little inconvenient...

Took a chance on this washer which was purchased as a gift for my mother. The reviews were mixed, but so far so good. Besides some slight noise, my mother has had no complaints and says it washes the clothes well which is ultimately what it was purchased for.

I needed to replace my Kenmore with all the fancy buttons after it broke down for at least the 5th time in 10 years. I found this one in store and read all the reviews. Yes it is a bit noisy in the spin cycle, but not too bad. So far it has been a fantastic washer, simple and easy to use. After all of the computer hardware problems I have had with my fancy washer and dryer, the simple controls on this washer will last a lot longer, I am sure!

I'm really used to the older washing machines with agitators. This one doesn't have one and it also senses the load of your laundry size to determine how much water to fill up...so I am still skeptical about how well my items are being washed and rinsed. Clothes smell good and seem clean so maybe it's an alright machine. The washing drum does appear bigger without the agitator, so I am able to do larger loads. The biggest non-like for me is how long it takes to wash. I'm guessing because of the sensing it does for water levels... I miss my old 30 minutes and done washer.

We love the amazing size of the inside of the washer! We can wash a king sized comforter in it with no problem! The ONLY negative we have discovered is that you can’t add liquid fabric softener as you start the load. We highly recommend this washer!

not loud, cleans great. will hold a king size comforter. would recommend to anyone looking for a lower priced washer that still wants some bells and whistles.

This washer has exceeded my expectations it really gets my family clothes clean. It does take much longer to complete a cycle than what I am use to with the old agitator washing machine however, it holds a great deal of clothes and gets them extremely clean. It's a great addition to my household where I am the only girl living with a home full active (dirty) boys.

I would give it 5 stars but the washer has a squeak, which does not affect the washing itself, but it's annoying. I need to call and have the barrel itself adjusted. Takes a little longer for a load but if I'm in a hurry I use the quick wash option.

Had to get this washer since the original washer we had bought did not work properly. This washer gets the job done - washes our clothes well, but it vibrates quite a bit during the spin cycle. It was well placed by the Best Buy delivery team, but apparently it is not perfectly level(used a level to determine this), neither side to side nor front to back. Don"t know if this is the reason why it vibrates so much. Otherwise, this is a very good washer.

We replaced our 22 year old washer with this one. It’s large and it’s been working great so far. I think I’ll stick with whirlpool going forward since this is easy and simple to operate.

For the price I paid, I expected a little more. I was looking for a high efficiency washer without an agitator in the middle and thought this was the best option. It is large enough to wash a comforter, but it is noisy. We have had the washer for a month now and have not had any major issues with the machine itself. The price was comparable to other retailers, but I chose to purchase it from Best Buy because they offered free delivery and installation and the price match guarantee. Best Buy installation included opening the box and carrying it to the laundry room. I had to attach the hoses and connect the machine to the water and power supplies. They lowered the price by $150 within 6 days of it being delivered. I was getting ready to leave for vacation when I noticed the lower price and waited to call them until after I returned. This was a mistake because although I thought this price match was good for 30 days, you have to alert them within 15 days. It didn't matter that it was their own price that I wanted matched, I had printed the page with the URL and date, or that the price was still $150 lower when I contacted them.

We ordered this online because our washer went out just as the pandemic began. We obviously needed a washing machine ASAP. Our new machine was delayed because of newly instated protocols so was delivered to our front porch. Once we got it set up it seems to be a good washing machine. Usually we wouldn’t have made this type of purchase online without looking at the real thing. The only thing I would have preferred would be a slide drawer despencer for the detergent and fabric softener. Otherwise, pretty satisfied with our purchase.

Excellent from start to finish! I read so many mixed reviews on these machines, but I moved forward and bought them. So happy with them! My clothes are so clean and the washer spins them almost dry which means less time in the dryer! Both machines are super quiet, use less water and I can do 2.5 times the amount of clothes then my old machines! I love doing laundry now, and I thank my husband all the time for these machines!!!

I really do like this washer. It was a great deal and it works great. It's quick wash is perfect (23 minutes even with a decent sized load!) and it is large enough to fit all of our bedding in one shot and still get it all clean. However, we replaced a broken 10+ year old washer (that wasn't HE) with this one and we have been disappointed in the efficiency of this product. We do 3-5 loads a week and we have seen little to no change in the amount of water and electricity used by this machine. Obviously we didn't expect it to drop drastically but we did expect some change as it is a major contributor to our level of water usage (we are on town water) and if anything, the amount has gone up. Happy with the product but disappointed in the efficiency promise.

I love the washer. It cleans my clothes well and I love that my king zize blanket fits with no problem. I washed and dried my clothes and for the first time in history, I had a mate to all my socks.
