Customers are saying
Customers are impressed with the 4.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer's cleaning performance and large capacity, finding it easy to use and a good value for the price. However, some customers noted that the washer can be noisy and that the lack of an agitator, less-than-ideal spin cycle, and absence of a fabric softener dispenser were drawbacks. A small number of users also reported reliability issues.

Loud
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The machine works good. It is loud though. Looking for something quiet. This one is not for you.

great when your space won't fit a front loader
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm really happy with my first HE machine with no agitator. Wasn't sure how it would clean without it, but it does a fine job and the sensors that measure the load are cool. It holds a lot more clothes than my old machine.

Great washer! Gets the job done.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a basic washer. It does a good job of getting clothes clean. It’s kind of noisy and doesn’t beep when the cycle is complete like our previous washer, but the price was good and it is a good brand. So far we are satisfied with it.

Whirlpool no agitator top load washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The inside of this washer is HUGE! Very quiet in comparison to my previous washer. Some features I am having to get used to are- the washer senses the size of the load and determines how much water, I add the laundry detergent on top of the clothes (without water running in) and close lid before water turns on. I was finally able to safely wash my bedspread at home-not go to a laundromat and put in one of those oversized washers. So far I am enjoying my new washer- I am pleased with it. Best Buy delivered on the day they promised and in the time frame they promised. Awesome job Best Buy!

Good washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good washer. It washes my clothes good it takes stains out. It is also very spacious has enough room to wash a comforter and the sheets together. Only negative is it doesn’t have fabric softener dispenser. But nothing a downy ball can’t fix.

Great for large items
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not think I would like it because of the low water wash but there are several levels. There is a bulky item setting for large items (I washed a comforter) and the water level filled drum. I do most of my wash loads on the deep water wash and use the regular wash for small loads. If you like to use a lot of water just use the bulky setting. I also like that you can control the length of agitation time with the soil levels. Overall I am very happy with it.

Gets the Job Done
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband and I bought this washer/dryer set for our new house with a budget in mind. We didn't want anything fancy or "hi-tech." This combo does the trick. The dials are all twist knobs or push in buttons. No light up display that will go out on you like some of the newer models. My only complaint is that it's a little slower washing/drying than I'd like. Also a bit on the loud side. But for the price, it's worth what we paid.

Its big!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has great capacity, enough cycles for me, and is quieter than my old Maytag. I saw other reviews that said this model was noisy. Not my experience. Now if just lasts 15 years.

Whirlpool Washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great purchase for the cost. This was priced lower then most other washers available at Best Buy and is an equally good if not better product. Easy to use and great capacity. You get your bang for your buck with this product.

Great washer!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gets clothes clean and completes the cycle much faster than my old washer. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t have a place to put your fabric softener in prior to the wash cycle. You have to open the lid after the rinse cycle fills and put the liquid softener in.

Vibrates
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give it a 5* but it vibrates during the spin cycle. How can they advertise vibration control?? The first one we returned after 3 days because it vibrated terribly. Simple controls. Washes well. Hope it lasts. Not like the old days when w/d lasted decades.

Adequate

Excellent quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great basic washing machine. I don't need all the gadgets of other washing machines. This one has all the selections needed for water level, temperature, wash loads and rinsing options. It does seem to take longer than my old Kenmore and it does not come with a fabric softener dispenser (I use the downy ball with no problems). It is quiet and efficient. Overall a great machine for someone not needing or into all the funky gadgets of other machines.

Not to bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This large capacity washing machine works great although it took some time to get use to it start up which I later found out to be benitificial it has a water saving sensor that only fills to the level of the clothes and it also has a second rinse mode where it re rinses clothes leaving them 100 percent detergent free which is good for me because I have sensitive skin and it has a great final spin cycle leaving the clothes practically dry, and with a low price makes it a great deal.

Surprised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my 1st experience with a top loader that does not have an agitator. I no longer have to concern myself with trying to evenly distribute the load. Just dump the clothes in, choose your settings and go! (They recommend not to use liquid detergent, people tend to put too much in, using detergent pods is what they say is the only thing to use).
