Other reviewers complain that it doesn’t fill with water... read the directions! Add HE detergent first, then add clothes (not too many), then run it. It works fine as designed. It does take a long time to complete a cycle, and makes different sounds that my old one. I have only had it for 2 weeks. I hope it lasts, as everyone tells me the new ones don’t.

The washer can fit my entire queen comforter plus clothes! I love it as a first washer. I was a bit skeptical because it doesn’t have an agitator, but I was proven wrong.

I love this washer. Easy dial controls. Everything works on this washer. Thank you for making a machine so user friendly and that gets my clothes clean.

I fell in love with this washer the first time I saw it, what fascinated me most was the size of the drum, it holds my king size comforters very well. My only draw back was, it didn't have a fabric softener dispenser which would have made it more perfect.

Excellent washer would recommend this highly. When checking the reviews was told that it was very noisy. I have seen no issues with noise my clothes are cleaner than they were before.

Still quite new, but it is excellent so far. Uses very little water, yet the results are outstanding. Not a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles which we like.....less to go wrong.

I just love it so much, for it is so simple, and easy to use. I don't really need high-end cutting edge washer with so many complicated functions. But only one downside is the lack of softener slot. And every time i wash my clothes, i gotta wait for the rinse to put in softener, which sometimes i find it inconvenient. If it had softener slot, it would be perfect.

THIS washer holds a ton and is so quiet. It has no center agitator and holds blankets, sheets and cleans beautifully. Spins thoroughly so clothes dry more efficiently.

REALLY ENJOY WASHER, WAS A GIFT FOR MY MOM. SHE REALLY NEEDED A NEW ONE AND SO WE ALL DID THE BEST RESEARCH INTO GETTING HER THE BEST ONE. THE LAST WASHER WE HAD FOR 12 YEARS, ISNT MISSED. IN WITH THE NEW, OUT WITH THE OLD. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING TO CORRECT SOAP IF ITS "HE", WHICH WILL BE DISPLAYED ON CERTAIN SOAPS THAT ARE COMPATIBLE WITH WASHER.

Love my new washing machine. It does not have an agitator so I can put in large blankets or quilts. Clothes come out clean. Very quiet. Bought the matching dryer.

Much quieter than the set of Samsung washers I had. They were breaking down constantly, we put at least enough repairing these things a couple times a year to buy a brand new set.

Easy to use washer and really gets the clothes clean. Saves water and laundry soap. Large tub and makes it easy to sort laundry.

Very good washing machine. The laundry comes out very clean. Simple to use. I am glad I bought this one.

2 things I don't like about this washer - 1- I have to put the soap in before I put in the clothes, which means I have to know what clothes are going in and how big my load is going to be, so I can put in the correct amount of detergent. 2- it NEVER has put in enough water to cover the clothes, and what guarantee is there that the GERMS (invisible) are being washed out?

Washer does ok but would be better if it wasn't he. It doesn't like putting enough water in the tub on big loads. Also if you leave the top open to keep the water in the tub and let clothes soak like on older machines, you can't on this one it completes the cycle without turning off. Wish we could buy non he water wasting machines. But since we can't this will do.

This washer has a lot of features for the price. All cycles are good but I mainly use the heavy duty cycle. Clothes are clean. Deep water wash leaves clothes wetter than other cycles. Remember that you have to put the detergent in first with this washer.

Sadly, my old Whirlpool Cabrio washer, which I loved, bit the dust. This washing machine is smaller than my old one (kids are all gone so don't need the bigger machine) but does the job. It is easy to operate and I like that it has the extra rinse cycles. Plus, I like that it is made in the USA.

I had used my sisters top loader without an agitator and liked it. This one is perfect for me. I can finally wash my comforter at home now. Perfect washer and a great price!

my two complaints are that it takes a long time to go through a wash cycle and that it makes a lot noise as it goes through the wash cycle
