This washer has a lot of features for the price. All cycles are good but I mainly use the heavy duty cycle. Clothes are clean. Deep water wash leaves clothes wetter than other cycles. Remember that you have to put the detergent in first with this washer.

my two complaints are that it takes a long time to go through a wash cycle and that it makes a lot noise as it goes through the wash cycle

A little complicated in the beginning to use but when you get it its quite easy to use. The Product overall is great leaves the clothes smelling great and the clothes not to wet.

This washer has multiple cycles for reduced water usage.. My advice is to make sure you use the heavy cycles if you need to wash anything resembling a large load.

Unbelievable easy of use. I watched load wash, with I am still sceptical about. With no center agitator, cloths go in easy, but I still question cleaning process. The tub does not fill, you hear the water shut off, and cycle begins, and the cloths in center are still dry, where a center agitator sucks them down into water. But after a while I trust in the system and cloths come out all wet and clean!

Have had it for a month and love it. Huge capacity. Love all of the cycle options. Clothes come out really clean and spun well, so it really cuts drying time. Very happy with my purchase.

love it. no agitator but simple and efficient. i had a old top loader and replaced with this. for those who want a simple top loader

I can’t speak to the quality of this machine in action, as we never used it. I will say unless it has been corrected the website description is inaccurate and this does not have an agitator, it has an impeller and therefore we returned it. We wanted the agitator and ordered based on the site description. The return and replacement process was easy even though the model with the agitator wasn’t available in our area and we had to go with another brand.

Works well for cleaning clothes. Makes weird noises though.

I read a ton of reviews and was kinda worried about the spin cycle - but this washer works great. Just because it is a huge basket, does not mean you can fill it to the top. As long as you put in a load or what would be considered 2 loads, You can not put so much in there that it wont spin. Also, this is not a fast washer, if you want something that will run a regular load in 40 minutes. This is not it. This takes about a hour a wash. I typically put a load in and leave a while - so it works just find to me.

We bought this because of the price and the lack of aggitator in the middle. It really gives you so much more room without sacrificing function. It's easy to use, has a lot of modes although not sure if they really do anything different but I select them anyway. Bottom line is that it's been two years with no issues. It's hard to say if it's more quiet than our previous Sears brand because we now have a separate laundry room, versus "closet" so anything was going to be quieter.

This washer is great! We were in a cram needing a new washer after ours broke. This machine is fantastic. Great setting choices. Huge tub. And it ACTUALLY cleans!! Love it

I love the large capacity of this product. There is not a center agitator so more room for the laundry. Plus you have many options for washing.

Doesn't use much water and much more space without the tumbler

Bought this product to replace a ten year old Maytag Neptune that would cost more to repair than replace. From the first load my wife says the clothes are coming out much cleaner. Happy wife, happy life.

Switching from a front loader to a top loader -- I was initially disapointed by the way the clothes were coming out. But -- after reading the literature/suggestions -- it seems to be cleaning well. I will say I wonder what toll it's taking on the clothes? The spin cycle really seems to twist the clothes like crazy!

I am very satisfied with the efficiency and quality of this washing machine. I love the larger capacity and am very happy with its performance. I would buy whirlpool products again.

I like the variety of choices for washing . My old washer didn't have a soak cycle or soul level choice. This washer is considerably louder, a some rattle sound. I would have liked a tone to alert that the load was finished and a full instruction booklet.
