Customers are impressed with the 4.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer's cleaning performance and large capacity, finding it easy to use and a good value for the price. However, some customers noted that the washer can be noisy and that the lack of an agitator, less-than-ideal spin cycle, and absence of a fabric softener dispenser were drawbacks. A small number of users also reported reliability issues.

Great washer! Price was good. Washes beautifully from small to large loads, easy to use and saves water. Love the machine.

It is very touchy and you can't overload and even if the load shifts it will shut off mid cycle and you have to start all over. It also makes all kinds of weird noises. It washes good but you have to learn how to do laundry all over if you had a large washer that was not so touchy before.

Was very unsure about the new washer with the water level and no tall agitator. But after using the machine it doesn't compare to my prior agitator. Love it

Make sure you open the water valves all the way!

Our first few weeks with this washing machine were very frustrating. The cycle indicator LED would stay on "Wash" and not move for hours. There was no indication that anything was wrong. You'd just reach in and find barely damp clothes with puddles of detergent.
We tried searching for troubleshooting information. Not one resource reinforced the importance of keeping the water inlet valves ALL the way open. I tried opening the valves all the way as a last-ditch effort and we are now very happy with this product.
Maybe you have good water pressure, but for years we throttled down the water inlet valves feeding our old fashioned washer to preserve water pressure upstairs while the washing machine was filling. This approach spells disaster with this (and similar?) washing machines.
It's still a little frustrating that the lid locks, preventing one from viewing the cause of out-of-balance operation in action, but I guess most modern washing machines employ this as a safety mechanism.

This washer is great ! The drum is huge! I can easily wash a set of king sheets, blanket and the bedspread; two loads in one. The option selections for what you’re washing are great such as different levels of soiled clothes. You can even choose to wash only 3 items and you’re not wasting water. The noises it makes are just different from a typical washer but are nothing compared to the efficiency of this washer. It sometimes sounds like a computer printer; no big deal. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

Washer does a good job, just kinda noisy. At least the agitator doesn’t snag my shirts, and tear holes in them, like the LG that I previously bought. That one didn’t last long either. The main computer board went out less than a month after the warranty expired.

I like the variety of choices for washing . My old washer didn't have a soak cycle or soul level choice.
This washer is considerably louder, a some rattle sound. I would have liked a tone to alert that the load was finished and a full instruction booklet.

What I love about this washing machine is that it has a large enough interior to clean our king size comforter and sheet set. It’s easy to use, is an energy saver model and it has the HE included. It does an amazing job cleaning our clothes and it looks attractive. I bought the matching dryer a couple of months ago and it’s an incredible set, the best I’ve ever owned and we love it ! So yes, I recommend checking it out if you’re in the market for a washing machine. It’s reasonably priced too !

Decided on a top loader after learning how quickly front loaders accumulate issues (mold in rubber lining etc). Have had this for only a couple of weeks but works great. Love that there is no central spinner so lots of room. 4 stars only because the start button seems a little cheaply made- sometimes have to press hard.

I absolutely love the capacity!!! What was 3 loads in my old washer is only one now! Only thing I don't care for I how long it takes a cycle to run, otherwise its a great washer for the price!

I like everything about the washer except the water or wash cycle for clothes. There is a sensor that determines how much water is needed to fill the tub. Sometimes it misses the mark.

I like the washer and dryer but washer makes lots of different sounds. Not sure if it’s ok. Water seems to run then stop then run over and over. There is also a small chip on the top that i didn’t see until after delivery was done. Delivery man let machine run through cycle to calibrate but did not explain features.

This high efficiency is amazing. The washer can hold a King sized comforter easily!!! It cleans extremely well and uses about 1/3 the amount of detergent. I love it.

Reading the instructions first was a good thing. This machine sounds nothing like an old washer. Does a good job though! I use less cleaning product, too.

This washer really gets cloths clean and does so efficiently. As was the case with the dryer use instructional material was less than complete. The documentation never mentioned that dials should only be turned clockwise (they will spin both ways) and never should be touched once the start button has been activated until the machine has completed its cycle.

This washer handles both small loads and large bulky loads like blankets, and has sensors that provide just enough water to handle the items without wasting water. I like the double rinse feature that can be turned on or off. Only thing is I would give it five stars instead of four if it had a hot water wash/cold water rinse option.

It's quite loud and we have had to set up a service call because it won't even handle a load of king size sheets. Im wonderig if "you get what you paid for" is true.
