Nothen is wrong with the washer. Without the rod n the center cloths seem to tangle real good, but gets things cleaned and a comforter fits great!

Easy to use. Washes bigger loads and uses less water. Geek squad installed in minutes and cleaned after wards as if they were never there.

This washer is large and quiet. Does an excellent job. Easy to switch modes for different loads of laundry and has child safety locking lid.

Water level NEVER high enough except on Bulky Items/Sheets! Not being able to adjust water levels is a hardship! Also, no apparent “spin” adjustment cycle? Everything spins ferociously with tremendous machine shaking!

The capacity is really a bonus. Great for blankets and comforters. Clothes are cleaner and it uses less water

A little noisy, but nothing horrendous. We have used just about all the different cycles, and they all seem to do the intended job. One thing that we have noticed, is that the panel pushes in when the start button is pushed. Hopefully this will not break after we have been using it for a while.

Nice large capacity washer. The only negative issue I have is not place to put fabric softener and they tell you not to use the ball.

This washer is very spacious and holds a large load. I have. Matching dryer and like whirlpool washer and dryers. Good price too.

Uses hardly any water and cleans thoroughly! I have put in extremely dirty clothing and each time it has cleaned them perfectly.

This washing machine was a great price and works great. We also were very thankful for the great amount of help we recieved from the salesperson, Wolfe.

We purchased this washing machine to replace a leaky washer in the basement of a rental property. I don't get to use it often, only when doing change over. It seems to wash the clothes beautifully. My only con, so far, with this machine is that it seems to take a long time to complete the cycles.

The only thing I don't think I like is the water level...I'm used to the old school machines that fill to the top. Sometimes this one seems like it just gets the clothes wet. Our clothes seem to come out clean so I assume the unit is doing it's job. Probably just something I'll have to get used to.

I am very happy with this washing machine. Love the way it works and is quiet, Took me about a week or so to get used to the difference between today's High Efficiency cycles, and the old style washer I had. The clothes are very clean, using less water and electricity. And I love that there is more space for clothes without that space eating impeller of the past.

Wanted a top loading washing machine without an agitator hoping to avoid clothes being tied up and beat up. So far so good. Loading carefully per directions. Advised by friend not to just dump clothes in. Pretty good overall. Jeans still tangle up. (Haven't tried more than 5 pair per wash.). A little noisier than expected.

Good washer with large capacity, more than enough for 3 people. It performs very well, love whirlpool.

This horrible washer rusted after a few years on the INSDIE of the lid. Ridiculous for a product made to use WATER to rust on the inside. I live in TX (no saltwater) and only use all natural detergent (my son has allergies). When I called Whirlpool they said it was out of their generous ONE YEAR WARRANTY, even though it was the actual frame (not a part). They offered to send a repair person for a charge to then charge me to fix their rusted part including the rusted part itself. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT IMO.

Needed to buy a new washer for apartment and then into new home eventually. Tight squeeze in apartment laundry room, but finally fit. Runs great & quiet. Never any problems with Whirlpool appliances. Owned 8 over 33 years. First fridge still runs after 20 years. Been told that it will out live the brand new one that I bought in anticipation of the old one failing. New appliances are designed for efficiency & will wear out sooner.

This replaced a 12 year old Kenmore agitator that suddenly croaked. I had never even seen an HE no-agitator washer, but the Best Buy salesman strongly recommended it as saving water and detergent, and being gentler on clothes. He was 100% correct. The machine uses hardly any water at all, and much less detergent than the old machine, and the clothes come out great. It makes strange and interesting noises, which I actually enjoy. Highly recommended, and the price was excellent..
