Easy setup. 2 problems, I don't like the start button, it depresses the whole panel and I'm concerned about the longevity of it. Seems flimsy. Second, sometimes the wash stalls. I have to open the lid and close it, then it continues to fill with water. Got the extended warranty.

Can’t beat the price on this washing machine. Machine it’s huge inside because it does not have a agitator anymore.

We have had this for several weeks now and are happy with it. It took some adjusting since we were not familiar with it, but it has worked great doing the king size comforters, rugs and the rest. The noise is a lot different, but no real complaints.

Whirlpool is my favorite brand, having served me with a washed and dryer now for 40 years! I have had 3 sets in those 40 years and each was used hard. I love the new high efficiency and the set does not take up as much room in my laundry space as the more bulky Samsung models. I have bifold doors in my laundry space and the Samsung models would not fit.

Had it installed on Friday and have only had it for a few days, however kids returned for the holiday break with dirty clothes in hand. Have run at least a dozen loads in two days and have no complaints. Read many reviews and was worried about noise and wash time. This unit replaced an older (more expensive) GE model and this machine is not only quieter, it washes quicker and cloths seem to be cleaner. No noise issues - can't say it's quiet, but it is not loud. To date, very happy with purchase.

We are very happy with this washer. It is not fancy, but does a great job. We are replacing an expensive electronic LG washer, which was nothing but trouble from the 3rd year, did not spin water out properly, caught on fire in year 5, & had terrible (zero) customer service. This machine was less than half the cost & does just what a washer should do.

I didn't realize how big this washing machine is but it can wash all the bedding from my queen sized bed in 1 load! It cleans well.

Not your typical washing machine. It takes awhile to adjust, but overall clothes come out cleaner and can wash more clothes in one load.

Never used a product such as this one. It is easy to load and operate I love how much space it has and the different setting.

Had 11 year old Samsung Front Loader. Wife hated it for 10 1/2 years. Front loader took forever to run a cycle and she hated the small opening of the front loader. Loves the new Top Loader and really likes the quickness of the new unit.........When she is happy we are all happy!!

Have always purchased whirlpool. When my cabrio’s electronic board failed, kept receiving F1 error, could not be replaced, too old. Wanted a simple option without all the electronics. After all, Its just for washing clothes. Concerned I may regret stepping back to a simple “knob” washer, but on the contrary. So pleased with this washer !! Great quality. Great value and EASY to use for anyone ! Keep life simple!

I like that this is a simplistic yet sophisticated washer. It cleans really well and doesn't use a ton of water. You will need to read the manual though in order to make it work as good as it should. The one draw back is it doesn't really have a timing or other easy way to add fabric softener.

Bought this model (WTW5000DW3) 8/8/21 - was a little disappointed from the first load because it didn't seem to clean as well and our clothes never felt, smelled or looked as clean as they should. But I had to have one because my old one died after many many years of awesome use. Now 3 months later, this one has quit agitating and doesn't spin out like it's supposed to. So I really think it was bad from day 1. All the splines in my wash plate and coupling are fine so has to be the transmission I am guessing. BUT...No Whirlpool service techs or contracted service techs in my area and no other appliance repair company will agree to Whirlpool terms to honor the warranty. So currently waiting on someone to make this right. I usually to love Whirlpool products but mostly because I've never had an issue with one until now. All of my appliance except 2 are Whirlpool. If they make this right soon (and I mean before I have to shell out tons of money getting to and using a laundry mat - closest safe one is 20 miles away), I will update or write another review, hopefully about a machine that actually works from the get go. Going on day 5 since I reported the issue and no solution yet. Just sit and wait... Do better Whirlpool...do better.

We read many reviews re washers before actually buying one. So many good and bad reviews on them all left us quite unsure of ourselves. We leaped in, and bought this one. My opinion, now, of many of the reviews is that buyers didn't read the manual first. All these "no agitator" type washers make some stop and start notices, etc. Many reviewers complained that the washer keeps stopping and restarting. Well, it doesn't. It pauses to shift the load, etc. Works great. Clothes get clean. Fairly quiet. Has a "quick wash" feature for when you just need to wash a few lightly soiled clothes and need them done quickly. Price was good too. Not one complaint. It's a great product for us.

Cleans my clothes very well. I can fit many clothes do it speeds my way to cleanliness.

I read reviews and thought maybe they just didn’t care for the new model. It really was awful. Door didnt lock as should, I could hear the washer from basement to my 2nd floor, clothes came out tangled, black jeans had white something all over had to rewash. Since there is no window, when I opened to peek and close, it kept filling with more water... Awful!

I am very happy with my purchase- works great, large enough capacity for my family of 4, and it is easy to use

Bought this washer August 24 for my mom because she wanted a simple, not electronic, control board. The basket is huge but will do a nice job with small loads too. She also likes that it has no agitator. Instead it has a small very low profile impeller built into the bottom of the basket. Clothes don't get wrapped around and so easy to unload.
