It has a robust appearance, it has all the controls I need. Easy to use and washes very well

Cleans my clothes very well. I can fit many clothes do it speeds my way to cleanliness.

This is a great washer for the price, however it doesn't spin out real well on the normal cycle. I have to put it on bulk cycle

I really love the selections and that it's full capacity fits comforters and blankets. It's a little loud but it works great.

Bought this model (WTW5000DW3) 8/8/21 - was a little disappointed from the first load because it didn't seem to clean as well and our clothes never felt, smelled or looked as clean as they should. But I had to have one because my old one died after many many years of awesome use. Now 3 months later, this one has quit agitating and doesn't spin out like it's supposed to. So I really think it was bad from day 1. All the splines in my wash plate and coupling are fine so has to be the transmission I am guessing. BUT...No Whirlpool service techs or contracted service techs in my area and no other appliance repair company will agree to Whirlpool terms to honor the warranty. So currently waiting on someone to make this right. I usually to love Whirlpool products but mostly because I've never had an issue with one until now. All of my appliance except 2 are Whirlpool. If they make this right soon (and I mean before I have to shell out tons of money getting to and using a laundry mat - closest safe one is 20 miles away), I will update or write another review, hopefully about a machine that actually works from the get go. Going on day 5 since I reported the issue and no solution yet. Just sit and wait... Do better Whirlpool...do better.

The washer is quiet and efficient. Love the room to wash larger items, like afghans and bedspreads.

Washer is great. Bust Buy delivery, installation and “service” was a sad joke. Sent wrong item and did very sloppy installation. Washer did not work due to out of balanced,(never leveled). I was able to fixed this by reading the installation instructions and using a level as instructed. You would think that when the delivery guys returned with correct washer they would of been told to bring a level and have been retrained. No I had to walk him through the steps with my tools.

Love that this washer is so easy to use & has a really large capacity. It does a great job on the smallest or largest load.

This is the first top load we have ever had w/out the agitator. Longer run cycle than we are used to because of the sensor, but clothes are coming out cleaner and we are still using less water than before. Great value, great performance. Better noise insulation would have gotten the fifth star.

It’s not that noisy and it cleans the clothes so great. I would recommend it to my friends and family

Great item that does what it supposed to do in a quick and quiet manner.

washer hold very large loads. Easy to unload, as tub will turn to get items from back. The down side so far is it is not able to open washer while it is filling up.

Compared to our old washer this one is a lil noisier, but this is probably due to the low agitator design, I'm sure we will get used to it though , not over bearable. Does a great job at washer the clothes and pretty fast doing it.

I liked this so much that I purchased one for myself and than one for a friend in need. It has a very deep tub and can do large loads. No extras here but it has simple cycles, is easy to use and works well. I'm pleased with the purchases..

I purchase the washer that did not have an agitator, so have more room for clothes. When trying to wash 2 sets of sheets, it get out of balance. Sheets come out too wet and have to untangle them and set to spin again.

Perfect Size. Love not having an agitator. Very easy to use.

I like its washer tub spaciousness and ease of operation, yet takes up less room than my previous washer. Wish it had an end of operation signal and something to show time remaining until finish. Also, I wish iI had a choice of a warm or cold water rinse -- always rinses with cold.

I was pleased to be able to find a washer during the pandemic period. Tried another store only to find that all the models that I chose were not in stock and were back ordered at least 4wks. Very happy when I went to Best Buy and found several in stock. Enjoying the large tub that will do heavy loads as well as small ones. Easy to use, clothes are cleaner. It fit in the space very well.

I purchased this model for my 87 year old mother after review of 4 similar models. This one seemed simple for her to use and one that she could easily reach the bottom of the tub since she is 5 feet tall. She has used it several times and seems to be very happy with it. Best Buy gave me a great deal on it when purchased during Black Friday deals and installation was great with disposal of old machine.

I bought this washer less than a week ago and was very excited to have one without an agitator. Unfortunately, I will have to return this. It shakes so much during the spin cycle even though it is on level ground. Also, I washed a load of sheets and when the cycle was done they were soaking wet so I had to run the Drain and Spin cycle. The Quick Wash takes well over 45 minutes which, to me, is not “quick“. Very disappointed in this washer. Going to exchange for a different brand.
