Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the 4.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer's cleaning performance and large capacity, finding it easy to use and a good value for the price. However, some customers noted that the washer can be noisy and that the lack of an agitator, less-than-ideal spin cycle, and absence of a fabric softener dispenser were drawbacks. A small number of users also reported reliability issues.

only had it a month but seems to do a great job at washing and spinning the clothes dry, pretty quite, really big capacity. might spin too good, clothes get twisted together.

When I first got the washer I was not used to water saver function but the clothes are clean and my dryer requires less drying time so the savings will add up. This tub is HUGE

a good basic washer, the only problem is you have to add fabric softener your self. I think that a buzzer or alarm should let you know when to add the softener

This product is not exactly the washer I had expected. It's taken some time to get accustomed to, since there are less dials and the "use" message is not in front of you. Since there are not detailed instructions with he delivery and the website is Not User friendly, it was a chore finding the information I was looking for. It's a Good Washing Machine if you are looking for a basic machine to do the regular day to day cleaning. It's not elaborate.

Only thing is not knowing how to put the fabric softener in. i am used to the agitator that has the cup in the middle for loading the softener. Other than that. it works great.

We love this washer! It's big enough to fit our larger blankets with ease, it washes and rinses things the first time, and it has plenty of settings to meet your needs. I wish it would fill with the mid open, but none of them do that nymore it seems, but otherwise very happy with the purchase.

It's not a bad looking washer. It is just way too loud! I had it set up in my apartment (given it's not huge, but it's a decent sized apartment) in the laundry room, with the door closed. You could have the tv turned up kind of loud and still hear this thing beep at you. I believe it's when the washer tries to level the insides of it before the wash and spin cycle. It carries on for a long while though. Do what I did and take it back (or stay away from it) and buy the Samsung washer for an extra ~$200.

I bought this particular model because it was inexpensive and it was a Whirlpool. You pay for what you get . The machine is noisy when I switch it to quick wash . At first I thought it was broken- found out later I switched to different cycles to achieve a less noisy wash. My last washer was a Samsung . So much better!! I would have spent a couple of extra dollars more to buy another Samsung.

Large tub for washing large loads or large items. Gets clothes clean. Don't like not being able to add detergent while tub is filling but understand the reasoning with water efficiency. Looks nice. Great price!

Had for about 5 weeks now. Only issue seems to be when heavy load or maybe I put too much in. I have to run it through a spin cycle again. But liking it beside that.

It seems odd to put dry laundry in with undiluted detergent. And it seems to require more "he" detergent than my front loader did. At least it does when washing sheets, towels, & blankets... more dtgt and always DEEP water. So I'm putting dtgt in first, allowing some water to dilute it, and THEN adding my laundry. I think it has too many useless settings, like "Casual". Isn't everything "Casual" if it's not "Delicate" or "Jeans" or "Bulky"? I used front loaders for 25+ years and this is quite a change for me.

Maybe I am just used to my old washer, but this one fillls and stops and starts and fills some more until I start to think it is broken. Ultimately cleans the clothes.

Bought a similar model a year ago, with the agitator. It stopped cleaning the clothes after about 11 months. I had it serviced but it never performed as it should. This model doesn’t have an agitator but does a good job of cleaning. I like all of the different options for types of cleaning and would most likely purchase again.

Aside from some noisiness, this works great. Deep and wide well, saves water. Multiple wash settings. Happy with it but not suggested if you don't have a door on your laundry room due to noise.

it really leaves the clothes very clean and soft, but after using an old school washer for such a long time, it takes some getting use to. It's a bit slow and isnt as quiet as youd think. overall its a good washer
