Out of the box 2nd load of laundry bolt jumped out below the tub and caused gears to grind in an ear piercing grind. Repairman came determined the above issue & fixed it. Next day doing another load of laundry same thing. Repairman scheduled to come again . I believe I got a lemon . Just so they make it right I really don’t trust it now. I think I need a new one…

Dealing with customer service at Whirlpool was frustrating. Tech came out, used a computer to diagnose the problem, was a bad component and replaced it. Ran one or two cycles, made the screeching noise again, and stopped working altogether. Presently without a washer once again while waiting for service. Can’t talk directly to the original company that came out because it’s under warranty and has to go through Whirlpool. Total nightmare.

Whirlpool's quality is questionable

The drain and spin started to drain then switched to filling and washing. The washer was replaced. Bulky items worked once. Now doing the same thing. It is defective. I couldn't talk to a person to discuss today. Also, no one at Best Buy could put the warranty back on that I purchased for the replaced washer. I made 4 calls to do it. Now what do I do about this defective Whirlpool washer?
