I was told by Customer Service that this was a rare occurrence. I went to the store and returned both washer and dryer and selected another brand.

We needed a ventless dryer in a tight space in our home. Be ready to empty the water tank with each load and do not use dryer sheets, they clog the fine screen and can reduce performance.

It worked but i had to tear it apart to pound the dents out so it'd quit rockin and rolling once it was turned on. Otherwise a great deal for an 1100dollar dryer.
