When upgrading our washer recently we opted for this model as it had all the features we wanted. We couldn't be happier. It works wonderfully and it's not as loud as our old top load washer.

I needed a new washer and decided to get a front loader since its an energy saver and save me money on my water bill. Also it was on sale! I'm happy with the new washer. It washes very well but wished it would wring out my clothes drier during spin cycle. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

Excellent washer, purchased the combo washer and dryer. The only thing I am concerned with is the longevity of the controls since they are so sensitive to touch. Other than that a good washer and definitely would recommend this product.

Love this washer. Have not had a single issue since purchase. Will be buying the matching dryer now. Definitely suggest getting bottom drawer. Help you load and unload.

This front-loading washer is probably the quietest washer I have ever owned. And the multiple settings to choose to wash each load if needed is great. The price was nice also. Cool Chrome Shadow color also !!!!

this was a replacement for a defective washer jsut purchased 1 week before this one. Although it took a bit of "talking " to Best Buy, they did replace the defective unit and this one is working just fine

Yes it makes a few sounds that are different from my old washer but it does get the clothes clean and it is not what I'd call noisy. I took the time to read over the manual and set the controls to my liking. Love it !!!

I had a lot of questions and got a great amount of help from my local best buy on what to buy, how it works and what features each unit possessed. This is a great unit and it works well. Very quite.

Does it’s job, make sure you leave door open because these types of washer can retain water and result in a funky smell. The sales person recommend me these tablets to clean it one in awhile.

Got the new and definitely improved whirlpool HE washer and dryer. I can tell a huge improvement from the 7 year old ones I had. Drying time is shorter as are the wash cycles. Very happy with them!

Perfect. Our last washer was also a front load whirlpool and lasted 13 years. Still worked but was getting a little ugly. These are well made and USA BUILT!

Love my washer and the stand it sits on! Had a Whirlpool before and replaced it because it was 12 years old and we felt that we would not be able to get parts for it if something went out!

This is so advanced with the most sophisticated technology mixed with a washer. The Brand has always been strong and now with advanced technology it is number one in my book.

We have had this washer for a couple of months. It cleans clothes well but the spin cycle is very noisy when compared to our old machine. Also, if we reach for something in the cabinet above, half the time we hit the "on" button on the front.

Bought with the matching steam dryer...works well, very quiet. Best Buy refunded the difference when it went on sale right after it was delivered...who can be disappointed about that?

Washer performs as stated. However really loud noise when it clicks on lock mode.....still trying to figure out some of the functions..... paint chips easily!....if a scratch on it use rubbing alcohol to rub out surface scratch

I replaced my old Whirlpool washer with this new one which is a lot more efficient and uses so much less water. I used the old one for almost 20 years. I hope this one lasts as much.

I had over 30 Whirlpool appliances in the 5 homes I have owned in the last 10 years. And always have had excellent results from them. This one is no exception. Great quality at a reasonable price.

Love the washer my only complaint is that I bought the mid model of this washer for the air blower for the front loader issue of water sitting and smelling funny....it doesn’t help. Other than that it’s a great washer!

After going through numerous reviews, this unit was chosen, since it has all the required features - soaking, quick cycle, scheduling... looks great and works well - very happy so far
