Bought the Best Buy warranty and the had a 3 party to fit it , it was not dispensing the water out they came out check it out waited one week so the guy can charge the detergent dispenser which had nothing to with the problem! Had to wait Another week just for him to come out with the wrong part again contact Best Buy couldn’t do nothing about it they just keep hiring the wrong thing had to wait for a month for the guy to finally get it right horrible third-party hired by Best Buy hope you have better luck than me

Washer works well. Don’t like the touch buttons, though. Sometimes have to push over and over to get it to recognize me. Not sure if it is wet fingers, or what the problem is...

This washing machine is wonderful! Its multiple cycles makes it extremely energy efficient and reduces the time it takes to complete a load.

I had my previous washer for 14 years & it washed my clothing very good. The only problem I experienced was the mildew smell when you closed the door. I hope the newer models have eliminated the problem.

I'm not use to fancy machines with all the different options so I'm still learning how to use it but it washes well and the clothes coming out smelling so fresh.

All our major appliances are Whirlpool products. Matching stainless steel look. Good to have a front loading washer and dryer, that way you have both top surfaces to work on when folding your clothes afterwards.

I was impressed by the Whirlpool washer in my apartment, so when I bought a new house I chose Whirlpool. This is a bigger model and, so far, so good!

I replaced my Samsung washer which was broken in 3 year. The front and back drum bearing was wire out. Don’t want to buy Samsung again and go with whirlpool. So far it is doing the job.

I expected my water bill to decrease, instead it increased. Cleans great, but no better than the one it replaced which was a Kenmore.

WELL, NOT SURE ON THS ONE:( IT HAS A RUBBER ODOR ALL THE TIME AND I LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN ALWAYS! I LIKE POWDER DETERGENT AND IT CLUMPS ON THE RUBBER..NOT HAPPY

Was replacing an eleven year old washer, same model. This has the steam function. I think my clothes wash better both with and without the steam cycle.

We purchased this washer and dryer set when our Duet washer died. Liked the Duet better, but nothing wrong with this set. New is sometimes hard to get used to.

Easy to use. Very efficient, and quiet. I bought the set, very modern looking. Easy to stack and install yourself with an extra hand for lifting.

I purchased this washer after seeing the reviews and so far it's worked great however this washer is a little bulkier than what I previously had, I guess I just need to get used to it.

Whirpool 4.5 cu ft 11 cycle front load washer chromed out is by far the best washer I’ve ever owned. Super easy to use and maintain!
