Door doesn't always unlock, cycle times are incorrect, kept shutting off. Unplugged to resolve for now but that does not bode well for a near new washer does it?

This past week it locked my clothes in and wouldn't open despite the attempted error code resets with the Geek Squad on the phone ! My previous 2 year old Wp washer had similar problems which is why we made the decision to replace it with the newer model ! I have owned Wp for a long time but I no longer have any confidence in the brand .
