Water in door

It also has water in the fabric softener dispenser after the wash is complete. I would have to dry out the plastic seam in the door after I complete all my laundry. I do not like that I have to do that. There shouldn't be that much water settling in there.

front controls confusing and hard to read

The companion dryer is just as bad and it won't let you decided how you want to dry the cloths. Package designer probably never washed a load in his/her life. Controls are easier if you purchase the lower cabinet as they are closer to your eye and you don't have to stoop down to read them
