Washer is working great except that it produces little bit of noise

It works great, it just takes a little longer than other brands.

This washer stopped working after 12 months. I purchased the Geek Squad protection and they failed miserably. They scheduled the repair appointment at a wrong address and then had to reschedule for a week later. Then the following week they changed the appointment time. Horrible service. This washer is known to throw error codes F03 and E01 after 12 months. Don't buy this washer and the Geek Squad Protection because they have horrible customer service.

We purchased this washer because it was the same brand as our old washer that lasted 16 years. This one is louder and the doors don't open and close as nice as the old model

Purchased 12/17/16. Today is 10/08/21. First time I’ve ever had an issue with this washer. I really did like it, but it stopped draining. Have read all the boards and watched videos to resolve, but no luck. Will research a bit more, but may consider new one. Those seeking washers that last more than 5 years - this isn’t it. For the price tag… I did expect it to last 7-8 years.

Washer is great, just like all other whirlpool products, however it is a bit louder than my previous washer, be sure to buy the pedastal as it is too short if you dont buy it.

Wanted the Samsung had to settle for this doesn’t have a light and tends to leave the clothes slightly damp on auto dry settings

Detergent leaks and when I press touch pad to wash it completely turns off. It only happened once

After a rough start (new washer replaced after 4 days), everything appears to be working fine.

I haven’t had the washer 6 months and it stopped working already. I was hesitant to purchase another Whirlpool because our previous one performed poorly, but it lasted longer than 6 months.

Water is really loud when starting it initially. After that it is fine.

Had to have one sensor replaced under warranty within 6 months. Machine would power on and immediately power off on its own once cycle selection made. Could unplug machine to reset but got worse over time. Repair guy said very common problem with whirlpool so stock the part on thier truck. Problem started occuring again following 6 months. Most recently my machine (currently under 2 years old) will not fill with cold water which is another sensor...

I have had this thing for like a year, and I still don't quite understand how to use it. It seems to be really moody. I still haven't figured out why it doesn't want to work sometimes.
