Filled up the soap dispenser, filled it up with clothes and off it went. First time was fun to watch, especially during rinse and spin cycles,, Bottom line, Clothes are clean and its awesome.

This washer is the bomb! It measures the proper soap needed and I only have to refill the soap once every week to 10 days. Cloths are so fresh and clean. Many options and I use them ALL!

Washer has easy to use features. just turn the knob to the type of clothes you have and it takes care of the rest. Love the fill it soap dispenser.

Washer is American name brand, so parts should be available even after five years. Lots of features that are very nice. Price is stiff, but worth the features you get

The washer and dryer were easy to set up, and they are state of the art and top of the line machines!! I'm very happy with the product!!

I really like this washer because of the load and go feature. It is leaking out the front so I need to get that issue resolved but other than that I am happy with this washer.

These machines need time to break in. At first they were a little louder than normal but with use they got much quieter. There are plenty of ortions for any type of washing. However comforters and bedspreads are not recomended in any of these machines. Heavy loads and fast spin speeds will cause the machine to be louder. Slowing the spin speed down and using less water with smaller loads will extend the life of the machine also. These settings are on the control panel. The computer will set this automatically, but it usually makes the machine work harder and will shorten the life of the washer.

This high efficiency washer has been running very well, but I still miss the old school washers with the agitators. LOL!

Runs very quiet and done in a reasonable amount of time. Normal cycle is 48 minutes, but times get longer with each additional cleaning option and it has many to choose from. Clothes come out clean and very soft even without fabric softener. Love the "Load & go" detergent system. Just remember to use the recommended maintenance procedures to keep the washer clean and you and your washer will have happy life together.

This washer replaces my old Whirlpool washer from 14 years ago ! Got some good mileage out of the old one and expect to get the same results from this new model.

Excellent design and convenient features made laundry routine quick and easy. Canister that holds Extra detergent take away pain of adding detergent every time.

I love the idea of the load and go option. You don't have to worry about putting laundry soap in for each load. Which the fabric softener worked the same way.

Washer works good I have an any problems yet hopefully I won't everything works nice little sensitive on the buttons but other than that the washer works good

Didn't realized how much I "needed" a new washer. Our old front loader was good, but we greatly appreciate the new features in this model.

I purchased this TOL Whirlpool Front Loader because I loved my 14 year old Whirlpool TOL (It is still being used by a neighbor). . I like this new one too. The cycles are longer (like all new washers). The buttons are too sensitive. I miss the "Hand-washable" cycle. that was on the 14 year old machine. I really like the "Fan Fresh" setting. on the new one. I have not had any issues with moldy smells with either Whirlpool Front Loader. My mother always taught me (with her winger washer) to wipe out the water drops and leave the door open, so I do.

Runs quietly and with much less vibration than the first gen duet that it replaced.

A very nice washer with many features that we may or may not find useful in the future. It certainly does everything we have asked of it. We are happy.

Love the way this washer performs! However, the inside rubber seal gets stained & clogged up then gets smelly. Very hard to clean

Very impressed with build quality and ease of use! Great equipment. Quiet running and can actually hear the cycle signals from the basement!

I like this washing machine so far. It seems to have a well thought-out design. It's pretty quiet and has a nice variety of cycles.
