This has been a truly great purchase!! Often, there are regrets after any appliance has been used for a little bit...not here! This machine is quite, has notification tones that don't rattle the roof, and is so simple that even husbands will be able to use it. I purchased the install package, and those folks were professional, efficient, and had the job finished in no time! Kudos to them as well! The Best Buy staff helped with the final choice, AND they were really interested in selling me the washer for the best deal possible. They checked for me and price matched, then they got me a swell deal on top of that by offering me a Best Buy credit card. That gave me an ADDITIONAL 10% OFF!?! How many times can one say that about store sales staff?? Well done, Whirlpool, Best Buy and the Contract Delivery Staff!!

Purchased this washer from the Best Buy Outlet store. Was in my price range. Didn't have unneeded bells and whistles. Does a great job of cleaning the clothes. Love the Load and Go detergent dispenser!

Love the size and load selections. Wash is quick and efficient, Only complaint is for the washer we had to purchase a single load detergent dispenser. We live in So FL and the machines are in the garage, we were worried about mold in the multi load dispenser,

Purchased the washer 2 1/2 years ago. It is easy to use, runs extremely quiet. The one con is you have to make sure you clean the dispense tray weekly or bi-weekly.

Nice looking. I'm very happy with it. Very easy to use. There is a variety of settings to wash a variety of laundry. The price was reasonable too.

Very efficient, replaced a 10 yr old LG washer that blew up. Has all the needed features and then some. Highly recommended!!

I love my new washer. It has many cycles and steam. And the clothes come out very clean. I can open the door in the middle of the cycle and add a garment. There is enough water to where I feel like the clothes are getting washed well and you can stop it. And change the cycle in the middle of the cycle and it will spin with very little clothes in it. I like that I can just set it and leave it on a timer to wash at a later time or I can just load it and set it and let it wash on its own or if I'm washing something special I can control the wash cycle.

This Washer and Dryer set are superb. They are quiet, quick, low maintenance, and efficient. There are so many features we have not used them all yet. Great buy.

A soap dispenser that automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent based on the size of the load was the top selling point. No more adding too much detergent! Low or empty indicator on the control panel lets you know when to refill.

I choose this washer because we already had the matching dryer to go with it. I have had it for about two months now and I haven't had any huge issues. For the most part it is a quiet washer that I sometimes forget I have it on. Only thing I would say negative about this is I did get an error message on the display. I tired turning it off but it wasn't responding. Gave it a few mins and it started working again. I have called Whirlpool so it's getting looked into. Just make sure to get the warranty to be safe with any new products.

Thls is a great, quiet washing machine that does a wonderful job of cleaning and is easy to use for whatever type of clothing.

Have had it already for 3 years and I love it so many cleaning options silently cleans my clothes however when it was first delivered they dropped it and didn't say a word just brought it in it wasn't until I realized that with the first wash the machine was jumping so hard it broke my tiles when I called for the tech to come investigate that he said the machine was completely broken and showed me that it was dropped from underneath other then that I truly love it I use it every day

I love my new HD washer, it's easy to use and gets the clothes really clean with minimum water usage

Only had this unit a couple of days but I seems to be a very nice unit. Reasonably quiet. I do have one nit. The machine has what is called "Load and Go" feature, where the launder detergent is loaded in to a canister in the machine. The idea is that you can do up to 10 loads before you have to add more detergent to the machine. The problem is if you use more than one type of detergent in you laundry, say a special detergent for you delicate items you need a second canister ($30) or you need to purchase a single dose cup attachment ($50). You would think that Whirlpool would throw in the single dose cup as part of the basic unit.

From our visit to the store where we had excellent input from the sales staff at Best Buy, to delivery, installation, follow-up service and now operation and use all was as good as we could have wanted and expected!

We bought this unit, together with the electric dryer, and could not be more happy with the purchase. We looked many brands (samsung, lg, electrolux, etc.) and functionalities today washers offer, and we wanted to have the steam option and environmentally friendly. With the sale option available at the time, the Whirlpool was difficult to pass on. The different programming options makes doing laundry fun!

After a lot of research and comparing, we purchased this washing machine. The front loader is convenient. The multi wash soap dispenser is a great feature.
