It's a little louder than I'd like, but it works great. Was able to get a comforter in there just fine. Because the spin cycle is so much better than my old washer, it's cut my drying time!

I have used the Duet Steam before and this seems nicer than the Duet Steam. I have tried doing 2 loads of laundry and it seems to be working well. The only issue is there were four dents to the aluminum cover behind the washer. I agreed to accept it With gift card compensation.

We bought this and we absolutely Fell in love with it! We love that we dont have to keep measuring out the detergent everytime we have to wash clothes! All you have to is fill up the container and after 12-20 loads you have to refill it! Its awesome

Received and delivered on time and in perfect condition. Install went well. Dry fits perfects as I had a duet dryer 12 years old which still worked well but was replaced to upgrade. Very happy with purchase and would buy again. Only one month so far but performs as expected.

It does everything I want it to and more, it senses how much water to put in and does it, and when I select the type of detergent concentration, it adds exactly what I need, and also it allows you to select water softness. I wish the dryer worked as well.

I purchased this washing machine a month ago and i am very happy with my purchase. The auto soap dispenser and steam function are awesome! My clothes are clean and the fan fresh option is a great addition. It keeps the clothes fresh and clean

Absolutely LOVE this machine! I'm spreading the word to everyone of my friends and family!!! I love doing laundry now! I keep the light on so I can watch it in action. Call me wierd, but you have to experience it!!!

This washer cuts wash time in half. You can wash your under garments in less time. They are almost dry when they come out of the washer. Just hang and let air dry the rest on the way,

There are so many washers to choose. After checking the reviews, consumer reports, my requirements and price, this machine was the match. Purchase, delivery and installation went smoothly. And my washes are coming out great!!

The washer makes a very loud noise when the washer is on the drain cycle. The Geek Squad Technician said it is the drain pump, even though all new parts were bought to install the washer. The previous washer did not make this loud sound. The fan feature and the automatic soap dispenser are nice features.

These replaced my LG which I thought were great. This set is awesome. It almost has a brain and the cycles make more sense and are very detailed. I have less ironing to do.

We just got this washing machine so we could stack our washer and dryer. Moving from a Samsung machine we were a bit worried if it would be as good, but so far it's been great! I love all the settings available.

WASHER REVIEW WHIRLPOOL MODEL: WFW92HEFC I researched washing machines for 11 days! I pretty much ate, slept & drank washing machines for those 11 days! LOL! :). I'm very research intensive. I first had to determine if I wanted a front loader, traditional top loader or a HE top loader. I chose the front loader style bc the traditional top loader (with the agitator) which I had years ago always wrapped all my clothes around the agitator, which was really irritating. The HE (high efficiency) top loaders, IMO, use too much water & I don’t think they do as good of a job cleaning clothes like a front loader does. so, I’m saving $ & getting a superior clean. Also, depending on the capacity, I may need a step stool to reach that last little sock at the bottom of the drum. I’m very short, so that idea wasn’t very appealing to me. I checked the reviews on several different web sites (Best Buy, Sears, etc.) because there are different types of customers at different stores. Well, this washer has stellar reviews on every web site I visited. Also, I asked my friend who is an appliance repair man for his recommendation & he said to buy Whirlpool, Maytag or Speed Queen because they are easy to repair and their parts are readily available, as opposed to LG or Samsung, both of which he said he won't even attempt to repair because their computer systems are so confusing & it's often very difficult to even diagnose the problem, then you have to wait for almost a month for the part to come in, So, I focused my research on those 3 brands. I ruled out speed queen bc the largest capacity I could find was 3.2 cu. ft. & I really wanted at least 4.5 cu. ft., so I can wash a queen size comforter in it. He also said Electrolux is fine, too. More on that later. So, I decided on this washer bc I love the “overnight wash & dry” cycle! You can wash a small load & it will dry it for you IN THE SAME MACHINE!!!!, so this is very convenient when you remember right before you are ready to hit the hay that one of your kids needs a sports uniform the next day! LOL! :) I also really love the “Fan Fresh” feature (an option that can automatically be selected to run after each load finishes or you can select it each cycle). I always forget about laundry, then when I finally remember, the load is stinky from sitting so long. So, this feature tumbles the load for up to 12 hours so it stays fresh! I also really love the “Load & Go” feature! Just fill it up with liquid detergent & you are all set for your next 12 loads! This also has an “add a garment” feature, so if you forget to add an item, if it’s not too late in the wash cycle (I.E. about to rinse), you can pause it & add the item. I also really love the “delay wash” feature. This allows me to load the washer & the load won’t start until I want it to (up to 12 hours later)! This is very handy when I need clothes the next day, but I don’t want to stay up & wait for the load to finish. I just set it for about an hour before my alarm clock time and it’s done by the time I’m awake then it can dry while I shower, eat breakfast, pray, etc. This also has a “quick wash” cycle, which I think is only 20 minutes! This is great for new clothing items that need to be washed before wearing or just when you need an item quickly. This also has a presoak cycle! I also love the chime when the load is done. It’s very pleasant; not like the old buzzers that are so loud & annoying! I believe you can also set the volume of the chime, but the default volume is perfect for me. Not too loud; not too soft. I also love that this washer remembers all of my previous options for a particular cycle, so I don’t have to select them each time! So, for example, I usually use steam for each cycle and the fan fresh option, so each time, I choose the “normal” cycle, those features are already selected. If I choose not to use those options with that particular load, I just deselect them. Vibration has been excellent. I have even noticed any! Also, this washer has an interior drum light & it’s very bright, so it makes it so easy to see all your clothes. This was a very important feature to me, so make sure you check if your future washer has this feature. It automatically turns on/off when you are loading it, after you press on. You can also turn it on at any time you want to, in case you want to check on your load. I watched the 1st load I did to see how well this operated (i.e., did it use enough water, were the clothes moving around well, etc.). this washer doesn’t have a ‘wrinkle control” feature, but that’s ok bc you can just choose normal cycle and choose warm water & choose low spin & voila, you have wrinkle control! : ). This also features a stainless steel drum, with a smooth surface. I heard about another washer brand having cheese grater like holes & tearing up clothes. No issues with that here! This doesn’t come with an app or wifi like LG or Samsung do, however, I don’t find this to be an issue. I just set the timer on my phone or watch for the cycle time (it’s displayed the entire time) & I know when the load is done or I listen for the buzzer. Also, the spin speed is 1200 RPMs, which is fantastic! I know some competitors have 1300 RPM spin speeds, but the clothes come out virtually dry, so this is a non-issue! so, just to let you know what other washers i considered before settling on this. I considered the also very well rated Maytag mhw8200fc, but for 300 more dollars, I couldn’t figure out what else I was getting, except the “allergen” cycle, but I figured I could just use the “sanitize” cycle on this whirlpool & that would be sufficient. Also, that Maytag doesn’t have the “load & go” feature, so you are just paying for the Maytag name. you are also not getting a “quick wash” cycle on the Maytag! That was a deal breaker for me. I love the quick wash cycle. i should mention that The Maytag has a power wash feature which adds extra wash action & heated water, but I just use the Steam feature on this whirlpool & that can do the same job to remove stains. I also considered the also very highly rated maytag mhw5500fc, but that doesn’t have the “overnight wash & dry” cycle, nor the “load & go” feature like this one does & you are only saving $50 on that one price-wise. Well, to me, those 2 features are worth that extra $50! Plus, this maytag (mhw5500fc) doesn’t have a presoak & I really like that option. Maytag owns whirlpool, so the inside of the machine is going to have all the same equipment, the outside may just look a bit more high end…my 2nd choice after this whirlpool was the electrolux EFLS627UTT & I really loved everything about it. I read the reviews on its predecessor model (EFLS617STT) bc there aren’t many reviews out for the 627 model yet, since it’s newer. The 527 had stellar reviews from about 100 people, but that was such a small sample size to me. This whirlpool has over 2,000 stellar reviews, so I was more confident that this would be a better performer & more reliable. The Electrolux was also about 100 more $ & it doesn’t have the “overnight wash & dry” feature or the “load & go” feature. So, I chose the whirlpool. One piece of very important advice &, hopefully, I can save you some $ is to check the price of your desired washer on various appliance web sites (Home Depot, lowes, etc.) but be sure to add the item to your shopping cart bc I noticed some sites had special sales & the price that appeared when I pulled up the item was one price, but when I added it to my cart, it was a much lower price! Also, Best Buy was great at price matching this for me! No hassle. I had to call my locaI store bc bestbuy.com wouldn’t price match it, but that was fine with me, as long as I was getting the lower price! I bought the extended warranty thru whirlpool bc I had a bad experience with outsource warranties offered by big box stores. I also want to mention that I read some reviews stating this was a very noisy machine. I completely disagree! I don’t even hear it! I also read some reviews stating that mold grows on top of/under the dispensers. This is an issue, however, if you take the dispenser out & wash it every couple of days, this will it be a non-issue. Alternatively, you can just leave the dispenser drawer open to air dry & this should alleviate this issue. Some reviews also stated the tap touch controls were very sensitive. I haven’t had any issues with them so far & myself & the kids are always right in front of the washer getting clothes or hanging clothes. i also wanted to buy whirlpool brand because it is completely manufactured in the most awesome country in the whole world, the USA! We had a similar model in our old house and purchased the newer version for the new house. The large reservoir for detergent is great, just fill it up and do several loads without thinking about it.

I bought this to replace my original set, and am very happy. The ability to add detergent and have the machine sense how much is needed for the load is great.

Great washer with the wash and go feature, allowing to wash without having to put detergent in each wash. It also seem to save on detergent use as well. I really like that feature over all.

Out of all that I looked at this was the better buy with the best price, love the load and go features so for those days I'm in a rush. Had the Samsung version and the repairs needed was too much of a headache.

Had to replace my old washer, and finally decided on this one. It has all of the features I wanted and was affordable. It washes so much more than my old one did. I absolutely love it.

Overall, happy with washer. Has several washing cycles to choose from. The only draw back I would have to say is the washing times are longer than our old model.
