Never occurred to me that this machine would not have a pre-wash feature or that I'd not be able to do something as simple as soak my whites in bleach. There is a sanitize feature, but the water temp will automatically default to hot--not good for non-white delicates. The guide provided tries to cover all Whirlpool machines, not individualized for the machine you are buying. I called the customer service line to ask for technical support, but they had no product knowledge. At this price point, I expected more

Best Buy came out looked at it and replaced it with the same unit that lasted only about 5 loads until it broke down. Luckily I can exchange still return it for a different brand that will hopefully last longer.
