If need to add more clothes to washer detergent and softener drip on the floor. Old washer would empty these as cycle called for them. This machine does not. Very disappointed with this as my clothes don’t smell as nice as they did before when the softener was added later.

The one i purchased as a floor model was in great shape. They delivered it without a hose so they took it back and lost it. This is the replacement it was dirty, dented and not a Maytag for the same price. Just not happy with best buy or their delivery people.
