Works great except for sometimes when you turn it on it won’t stay on.

Needs a new pump after four years. Tech said it's cheaper to buy a new machine than replace the pump. Very disgusted by the quality of appliances these days. They are made to last no longer than 5 yrs

I shipped the item to barbados . I bought a similar model 5 Years ago that has been amazing so I decided to buy another . Our cycles in Barbados ( where I was shipping it to ) are different to the US ,but as my previous machine had worked then this one should . It ended up costing me with shipping and duties $6500.00 ($3000.00US)for items that started in the us at $1600!The dryer is good but the washing machine does not work . And it's going to cost me a further $2000 ($1000us)to fix it . ! I think Barbados should be flagged in your computer system so that when an Order comes from Barbados ( which you should know when filling in details ,membership number or credit card) a flag should pop up to tell us to check with the manufacturer as to whether or not your purchase will actually work in Barbados

They took my old washer & pedestal without authorization

I’ve had this washer for eight months now and it’s been a disappointment. The soap starts draining into the tub as soon as you close the door, before you even start the load. They clothes often doesn’t feel clean. I wish I could return it.

This is a good washer with a lot of cycle options.

When running a full load of clothes, 8 men's jeans the washer could not spin at high speed. t required me to remove 4 of the jeans from the washer, run four to spin, remove than finish the final four. If I left the 8 at the end of cycle the jeans would be dripping wet.

This is my front load washer i have bought since Jan 2018. After 6 months of use, error always appear. First, it torn up all of my clothes. For every load,I found 1 to 3 shirts, pants, torn in hole. Second, E1,F9 error display for every wash load. I have to stop and change the function to rinse and spin to complete the wash. ( Not automatic.

I waited 6 months to review this washer to make sure it was still working like new and it certainly is. This is my first front loader, I couldn't wait to own a machine that didn't have an agitator. I was not disappointed... my clothes get so much cleaner than they did with my old machine! There are so many different setting to match the kind of load you're doing. I use the quick wash setting quite a bit since it's just me and my hubby with no kids, and out clothes come out great. What has me over the moon though is I'm able to wash my comforters at home! No more lugging them off to the only nasty laundromat near us... I hated that place. I don't understand why some are saying this machine is loud... it's very quiet in my opinion. Makes as much noise as a machine is supposed to make. And when they cycle is done it plays a nice little tune. It uses very little water and we've seen the difference on our water bill. It spins so well our clothes are almost dry and require very little drying time. I guess my only complaint is the front buttons are a little sensitive and if I lean over the machine it pauses, but there is a control lock for it and I've finally gotten in the habit of using it. Not that it's much of an issue because the washer is in the laundry closet and I don't have much reason to be in there when the clothes are washing. I'd also like to mention that I've kept my eye out for mold since it is common on a lot of front loaders. Happy to say I haven't seen any, but then I do take good care of her and I use the HE detergents, I also clean her once a month with Affresh. I very highly recommend this washer to anyone looking for a great machine.

I just purchased a new washing machine after years of problems. It errors out constantly and the only way to resolve it is to unplug it for 45 mins and re-plug it in. I've had problem after problem with many repair people out and finally have decided after 2.5 years to just buy a new washing machine.

I purchased this washer in Dec 2016 and each time that I used it there was a loud vibrating sound at the beginning and during the wash cycle so I had to exchange it for another brand in Jan 2017 and I have been very pleased since then

the machine cleans well however the control panel is too sensitive. when it is running if I brush up against it the settings change. the buzzer is also not very loud. the dryer is worse.

Returning the washer and dryer set for a different washer because of noise

This was a bad washer and is should feel bad. It took forever to even wash something .

I can't wash a bathroom rug the washer won't spin it dry.

Pros: Nice options available for detailed washing. Accommodates all types of laundry detergent. Large loads. Energy efficient. Sturdy. Still running well at year 6.5. Cons: Stinky and moldy gasket in spite of leaving door open to air.

I was in need of a new washer. After going over all the reviews settled for this one. (My son also have one and they love it too). It was set up by my grandson, and my other kids had done laundry in it and all told me how much they loved it. Look for a 32 y/o man to say he now likes doing laundry, well. I finally got the chance to do my laundry when I had a day off, It holds SO much and washes so WELL! The only thing I don't like is having to reset it EVERY time I want to use it. Haven't figured out how not to have to do that yet. It uses much less water than my old one. An dyes my clothes get CLEAN with it. I read some reviews that said theor clothes didn't get clean. Just wonder if they over loaded it, or didn't use the right settings, or maybe they got a lemon. I don't know but mine is great.
