Not as I expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a whirlpool front loader before this and contacted Whirlpool several times to see if they had any solution to the leaking problem. However, Whirlpool has the worst customer service department of any one that I have ever dealt with. I finally came in and purchased a new front loader from you. I do not like it as much as the one I gave up. You just can't put what you want to select as a cycle and push start. You have to push a button called start so it an go to 10 to restart Then you have to pick another button and set the cycle, spin speed and type of wash. It does not have a very fast speed as the old one. Then you have to hold the button to start the washer which takes about 30 seconds more until it finally locks and engages. It does not have an end of cycle light and only one or 2 cycles come up with a message cycle completed. Just another step in their customer unfriendly service. I always buy my appliances from Best Buy as your sales people are knowledgable and your delivery service people are great. Could you teach Whirlpool something?

First washer delivered would not turn on, 2nd washer sounded like a helicopter landed on our roof during the spin cycle and when the water turned on it was a loud “bang” 3rd washer was good for about 1 day…then the loud bangs returned when it used water. Returned again…went with w different brand. This takes place tomorrow. Wish me luck
