And we had very POOR HELP from both the Whirlpool 800 Help Line & even POORER HELP from the Best Buy Help Hotline!!! Very POOR Service!!!!

Wrong choice

First washer delivered would not turn on, 2nd washer sounded like a helicopter landed on our roof during the spin cycle and when the water turned on it was a loud “bang” 3rd washer was good for about 1 day…then the loud bangs returned when it used water. Returned again…went with w different brand. This takes place tomorrow. Wish me luck
