I love my new washer, no problems with it at all, love its simplicity.

Arthur- the manager at the Destin, FL store that assisted me with this item - went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the install and our purchase. It would have been a 4 star based on the product making more noise and having allot of movement while in the later stages of the washing cycle. A noticeable amount more than the previous whirlpool model we had. But this is more of a whirlpool model observation and has no reflection on Best Buy's staff and standards. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy's exceptional in store experience!!!

Nice design, large drum, after 1 week working well so far

The biggest complaint that I have about this machine is that the instructions for use are absolutely inadequate and confusing. I had a big learning curve with this machine, but now that I’ve figured it out, I am happy with how well it performs. I don’t like the fact that when it is in the spin cycle, it nearly shakes the house apart. Literally the whole house vibrates. One foot was mutilated inside of the shipping packages so I think someone in the factory dragged it out on one foot and packed it up with the damaged foot still on. Every thing else was fine.

Purchased washer and dyer for a property, and ran one cycle on each. Everything worked as expected. The clothes came out clean and dry. If you’re stacking washer/dryer please let the representatives/sales associate know that you will need the stack kit.

We had a wonderful experience with Best Buy when purchasing and installing this washer. We were only replacing the washer and not the dryer. The representative I spoke to checked with the manufacturer to find the best replacement—very helpful. And the delivery and installation guys were wonderful. This was the easiest and best transaction we have experienced. I’ll definitely look to them before Home Depot or Lowe’s in the future. And, we received a $50 gift card too!

My washer broke down, and I replaced it with a Whirlpool - 4.5 Cu. Ft. Hight Efficiency Front load Washer with Trumble Fresh option. I am very happy with this washer! It runs quietly and handles loads of any size quite efficiently. The wash cycles are quick yet thorough. It’s user-friendly and looks great in my laundry area. Highly recommended.

They both run great and very quiet and was very professionally installed the geek squad was excellent would highly recommend everything thank you so much

We really like this and were happy the unit went on sale as we would not have bought it at full price. It works really great with liquid, but when we use powder, sometime that seems to have a bit of residual powder after the cycle that sits in the door. Not really an issue, but annoying. Also, to start the unit, we have to hold the power butt for 10 seconds as it "resets", so either we are doing something wrong or that is another minor annoyance. VictorB

Quiet, easy to use and cycles much faster than my last high efficiency washer

Unfortunately we were not happy with this purchase. It did not have the qual9ty of our previously purchased Whirlpool which lasted 15+ years. Door didn't shut without slamming, did not always complete cycle. difficult to set each time for repeated wash cycles and felt like it was cheaply built Decided to return it for a different brand.

Excellent appliance. Very easy to use, but the touch buttons are slightly sensitive.

This washing machine has been fantastic. It was easy to install and hook up. It has all the settings you’ll ever want and need to do various laundry jobs. I also love it has a self cleaning setting. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This item is more efficient and economical than I imagined. Clothes come out fresh and clean and it does not take forever to wash large bundles of clothing. I a super happy with this purchase!! Full size front loaders that don’t take up a lot of space.

I am so glad I purchased this washer my clothes smell clean and my clothes come out spin dry and really easy to use
