Our 15 year old Kenmore, which we did enjoy, died during COVID-19 and we bought this sight unseen. Its been great!

So far it is working well. No problems to report at this time. I have not received acknowledgment of product registration.

Replacing our old whirlpool with this machine. Amazing machine. Cuts dry time down by half. Due to wringing out loads of water. As usual Whirlpool always comes through.

Reliable. No issues My favorite feature is load and go. It stores detergent so you don't have it add any with each load.

Ask me again in 10 years if it is still running, then I can tell you how good it is. Right now, it works, it has maybe too many bells and whistles, who needs it all? Who can figure out how to use it all, and when? I would guess a lot to go wrong, here.

Read reviews of long lasting and low maintenance wash machines and this whirlpool product was always st ths top. Runs well, I would buy it again.

Variety of cycles to wash a variety of materials. Especially like the built-in soap dispenser which automatically distributes the right amount of detergent to each load.

It is a good washer machine. It has a good capacity for clothes and it has a feature to clean the washer.

No complaints with the front load washer. I was daily and this washer serves my needs. No complaints and recommended.

I have had Whirlpool washers before and always had excellent service from them. This is another in a long line of success stories that I can share with others. The basked is a little smaller but the water usage is very good and the clothes always comes out clean. I have tried other brands, the last was Maytag, not one I would ever recommend even though it is owned by the Whirlpool Corp and after 3 months I went back to Whirlpool because of their commitment to excellence. I just wish others had the same standards and I am happy to have purchased it through my Best Buy

Great washer. Efficient. Washes quickly and quietly. Very quiet. Clothes come out fresh. I've only owned for a short while, but so far no smell or mildew on the rim.

I love the fact that you can put laundry detergent in the unit and it will wash approx 40 loads for you with just the right amount of soap. No more overfilling!

Purchased the floor model and have no issue with it so far. It didn't come with the drain hose so it took 3 appointments to finnally get it installed. It is a little bit noisier than the previous samsung. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase.

Excellent washer. It has worked great. It replaced a washer I had for many, many years. Easy to use. Many different settings, but not overwhelming.

This washer seemed pretty great at first! It worked well for the first 1 year, which is exactly how long the warranty lasts, of course! I love all of the different washing options and that it locks. BUT! It stopped working after 1.5 years. It wasn't getting enough water and kept providing an error message, so we had a technician come check it out. Two valves in the back have gone bad and need to be replaced. The cost for this is $456!! That is like half of what the washer even costs right now. (I actually paid around $700 for it when I got it.) This is just so sad and makes me feel like this washer is not of good quality. I have been doing laundry since I was 10 years old, and my family has never experienced an issue with any of the washers we had. I actually purchased this one to replace an older model that got damaged in a flood. I'm very disappointed to have such a poor experience so early on with this machine. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Looks great, easy to operate and perform as expected.

Great washer and dryer. Was able to pick in a few days after my old washer broke. Other places I had to wait months for delivery.

Takes a little longer on some items but they are really clean. I like it so far i just wish it would of fit on the old cabinet that my other whirlpool was on.
