It works well. The only thing I never thought to ask or even not sure anyone could have answered is how long does it take to wash clothes. A wash cycle takes a long time. I am not sure what my electrical bill will be. Other than that it work very well.

After waiting over two weeks for delivery, machine breaks within 30 days of use. Best I can tell from researching the error code, it likely needs a new board installed. Even before this thing bricked after about a month of twice a week use, overall feel of the machine is very cheap. The compartment that holds detergent feels like it could break every time you open it. Best Buy chat support could care less and directs me to contact the manufacturer who doesn’t have any kind of weekend support hours. Here’s to hoping it can be quickly fixed under warranty.

Ideal size, excellent performance and relatively good price

We really have been pleased with efficiency of this washer. Our clothes seem cleaner and fresher with tumble affect of the front loader design.

Works great install was fast and easy! Uses a lot less water then my Previous machine in the clothes come out cleaner

whirlpool products are the best. have had a whirlpool washer for 11 years and it still works. this one is for new home

I wish it had been available in a larger size. The machine works very well and has cycles I haven't used yet such as the steam function. I love the fact that I can use detergent pods just throw in drum before your laundry . I am hoping it's electricity use is low.

Cleans very well! Clothes do not come out wrinkled & tangled. Only downside is it's a little noisy.

Now that we have a 2 year old granddaughter living with us we have twice as much laundry to do, and this machine can handle the job with ease.

Great buy.. It works great. It came damaged off the truck but the customer service handled it appropriately.

I purchased the Whirlpool Duet washer a few years ago. I had said when that washer died I would definitely get another. Well, the day came. time for another. I hope this washer stands up like the last. It was wonderful. I could take my kids white football pants and get them white even after they had been washed, dried, and stored for a year!!!

Well functioning washer I put it into the basement and it doesn’t cause any noise when washing.

I've only had this washer for about 4 weeks now but so far I am really pleased with it. The "load and go" feature is even better than I had expected, not something I really thought I needed but do really like having it. It's simple to choose what and how you want to wash, and it's done a fine job. I believe when shopping for this I saw reviews that complained about how long it took to do a load of laundry but I am not seeing that. It's way less than my previous washer. As of today I have no complaints whatsoever.

This is a very awesome front loading washer with precise cycles and very efficient and quite.

Wanted to love this machine but it continues to have issues. Load-and-Go Feature did not work from day 1 and it took 6 weeks to get service out to fix it. Now 6 months later feature has again stopped working and the digital display is having issues as well. Again the wait for a service provider call is 6 weeks from whirlpool.

This washer is very nice lookin but when it spins it is very loud

We have no problems with this washer. After over 50 loads it has performed great. It is simple to use with great options.

I bought these instead of another competitor. Its easy to use, customizable in the settings, and cleans fantastic. I use pods instead of liquid detergent. Note to know about: Get the cleaning tablets its a necessity to descale the machine after every few fifteen (15) loads otherwise it can cause issues. The good news is that its considered preventive maintenance so it can’t hurt to do it. Purchase the drier as well as the stack kit. Highly recommend it!
