Whirlpool is a good brand and has yet to disappoint us. We will be purchasing the pedestals to make it easier on the back, lol. But overall, they clean very well and we couldn't be happier with the deals we got at Best Buy Outlet. We'll be shopping there again for sure.

However, the pre-loaded cycles are too long, except for the Quick Wash which be a little longer. It isn't as quiet as I'd like either.

Only had it for a few weeks but gets the job done. We like the load and go feature. It takes out the guessing of how much to put in. Also the machine will adjust the wash time based on how much is in the machine. Just hope that doesn’t equal bigger issues if something fails

However, it has always been touchy when putting in a twin size comforter and sheet set. It just shakes so vigorously that it moves out of place. The setting can go up to 5 for spinning. Yet, we can never set it more than 3 because of this issue..even on a less bulky load. II never had this issue with the previous brand I owned. NOW, just one year and one day of having it, it's not working properly. the spring has apparently detached according to my husband and the water is filling up too much. Now a technician will have to be called. I had my last washer for 10 years with no issues. This is so frustrating. I will likely never buy Whirlpool again.
