Really enjoyed the stacked units . Washer is quite when washing

Hated this machine since I got it! Previously had the Whirlpool Duet which I LOVED and was no longer an option in 2019 so purchased this unit. It has not functioned properly since being installed. Constantly gives error messages - turn off - restart and seems to "fix" the problem. Does not function unless on a normal setting and norm now is to wash but the timer never counts down. If I don't pay attention a load will just keep going for hours all while showing 47 minutes?!! And since getting, this thing is louder than a prop plane and vibrates so badly I think it's going to walk out of the house. Again, HATE this machine --- and unfortunately after only a little over a year am looking to purchase another machine because this one is so unreliable!!! Thought it was a good value at the time, now I see it was a complete waste of money.

Good quality but what shocked me is that this is actually smaller than the dryer, so you can do 2 cycles and then fill the dryer. I would rather to have em both the same capacity

I had to replace my old duet washer after 15 years! This seems to be a new version of my old duet, similar options on the controls and similar performance, hope this one lasts as long.

As much as I miss my Whirlpool Duet, I have to admit that I do like this washer. I wish it had a separate spot for oxi clean powder, but we don't always get exactly what we want. It does however get my clothes clean even in the 15 minute quick wash cycle (this I do absolutely Love)!

This washer replaced a whirlpool duet that bit the dust. New unit works great although wash times are longer than with previous unit.

Very user friendly, energy saving, durable and reliable!

My old washer broke down, so I was looking for a new one. I'm glad I came across this Whirlpool 4.5 Cu. Ft. Washer. It's bigger and quieter than my old one. It fits perfectly in the place where the old one used to be (although it is a little larger). So far, it does what it's supposed to do, wash my clothes.

The features are good. I love the Load and Go dispenser! This slightly larger washer stacked nicely with our older Whirlpool dryer. A major plus since our older washer seal had already broken twice and the dryer still worked like a dream.

This is the first washer I have purchased in 30 years, which is one of the reasons I bought another Whirlpool. I’m impressed with the small amount of water it takes to wash a load of clothes.

I purchased a floor model that had been on display in the store for who knows how long. So, I'm not sure if the defects are with the machine itself or the fact that it was a floor model. This washer would have been great, had it worked properly. I had this in the house for about a week and I did about 10 loads. During the very first load, it stopped mid-cycle and the tub was full of water and soggy clothes. I started it again and it started over and finished normally. Fast forward to another load: the countdown timer said 1 minute remaining and it was spinning for at least 20 minutes before I stopped it by shutting it down. Then, the load after that, it AGAIN stopped mid-cycle leaving a tub full of water and sopping wet clothes. That was the time I decided to call and return- as that was easier than dealing with a repair-person for a new machine. The one feature I did like was the Load-n-Go.. It measures the detergent for you based on the weight of the load. I will miss that, but I don't miss the rest of the machine. Best Buy was great about the return of this and delivery of a new and different model.

Read the directions on how to start it. It was a little different than my last one.

When the water valve opens there is a loud whistling sound. It happens about 50% of the time. I’ll will have to call for warranty service.

No issue with this yet but still waiting, not much luck with this brand in the past.
