Bought in July 2019 already leaking water and told needs a new drain pump - Service call was $99 and then repair/labor/part for a whopping total of $ 398.00 for a washer that's 17 mos old - no way the drain pump should be going up already - had my last Whirlpool for 20 years ones of the first Duets it obvious this is not made too last - you might as well by a new washer - but after 17 mos that's ridiculous.

Oliver Lecomte who sold us our new washing machine was super helpful through the entire process and the 3 technicians who delivered the machine and installed it were quick and efficient. Very happy all the way round.

My wife and I still have 3 kids living at home while in College. So our loads can get pretty large. I've learned NOT to Overload the machine to the maximum capacity. You clothes can come out wrinkled.. learned that lesson quickly. Other than that I love the Load and Go Feature ✔

This washer was an "emergency" buy because our old one broke suddenly. Best Buy was quick on the delivery, Professional on the installation & communication, and so far (3 weeks) the washer has met our needs.

have not used the washer yet. But very upset best would not price match due to large apllreturn is 15days, this was day 17...

We had a problem with it being delivered, so we had to pick it up at the store, but so far it's a great washer.

I’m not impressed with this Whirlpool washer. I replaced my dryer and decided to replace my washer too so that I would have another set. This washer is so loud when it spins! The door is like hard plastic. It just seems like a cheap model. Wish I had just kept my old one. I also had to buy new pedestals because the older model wouldn’t work. Make sure you include installation on the order!

Plenty of space and works great. I was even able to stack the previous models dryer on top with no issues.

We bought this in Nov. 2019. Everything worked well until 2 weeks ago when the washer wouldn't recognize the load. It would turn on, but it wouldn't sense the load. Whirlpool customer support was excellent. They assisted me in getting an appointment with a local certified Whirlpool technician. The technician came by the following day and diagnosed the problem. Said it was a dead CPU. They didn't have it in their warehouse so he had to order it from Whirlpool. One week later, same technician came by and replaced the CPU of the washer. Good thing it is still within warranty or else the CPU would have been around $200 out of pocket. I wouldn't recommend this washer if the CPU already broke just about 4 months after purchase.

Not a bad washer. Washes a large load under an hour. Wish it was a little less noisey

Quiet, lots of settings, quick and sturdy. Purchased for my salon business and so far I’m obsessed with how nice the machines are and how quickly they do basics. My sales associate was super helpful as well in Madison Heights, MI.

Wash times can get a tad long but I guess there's a reason for it. Pretty slick "smart" washer

It’s a nice washer, but when it’s on ‘normal’ cycle, the 56 minute cycle repeats itself for hours. We have to use cold wash in order for it to work properly.

This washing machine does a much better job than our last one--it was 12 years old. The only complaint that I have for this product is that it is a little loud, but everything else is really great so I don't mind the little bit of noise.

Got it at a great price. The only inconvenience is that the door is very flimsy. Overall is a good product.

The cycles are not as good as the old ones. At times, it leaves clothes wet.

Very good washer for the price. I wish it had a hand washing cycle. And the load and go had a fabric softner dispenser.

The wash load capacity is good and it still fits in our small space. Stacked well with existing dryer.

Really liking the Whirlpool washer. I have yet to use the automatic soap dispenser though. I do find it to be a little louder than my previous washer, but the other features out weight the noise.

Great front loading washer for the money. Love that it can be used as a stackable if you have limited space; stacking kit sold separate.
