    I would not recommend this product to anyone. We bought this less than 6 months ago and have already had to have it repaired twice. Best Buy is no help in this process and points you back to Whirlpool. The first time the service rep came out for the repair they created a second issue. When they returned for the second repair they found out that it still needs a 3rd part. Simply unacceptable for a washer that is less than 6 months old. DO NOT BUY A WHIRLPOOL OR FROM BEST BUY!!!

    My dryer broke and my 20-year-old whirlpool washer still worked but I thought it was time to buy a new washer and dryer . I went to Best Buy and looked at Samsung, LG and Whirlpool, but because I had good luck with my last Whirlpool washer I decided to go with Whirlpool. Bad decision! The first time I used it it literally never stopped washing and when I tried to stop the wash cycle it never started again. The washer was full of water and towels were still it with door locked! Then the washer shut off and never started again. I had to Google how to get the door unlocked and wring the towels out by hand. I threw the towels in the dryer and the dryer kept stopping and finally stopped completely, flashing F3 E2. It was a nightmare! I called Best Buy and switched to Samsung . Best Buy delivered the units a few days later and so far so good.
