Extremely difficult to get through to Best Buy in a timely manner. All in all a disappointing design.And of course Best Buy is no help. And the manufacturer leaves me waiting on hold.

The installation guys dint install it . We paid for a pickup of the old washer and they left it behind if I could give half a star I would . Side note : we had to pay someone to install it.

Not a good washer

Got the exact same one within a month it was being worked on due to the computer board, 2 pieces of the control board had to be replaced. Whirlpool customer service isnt friendly nor nice.

The washer “died” July 16, 2020. I had no choice but to replace it with another Whirlpool. Hope this one lasts for a while.

Long time to wash

Works great & Quite

It is also quiet during the spin (I don't know what's the problem with the other reviewer. Hope it lasts for more than 7 years at least. I'll give an update if there is any problem.

I did not buy the pedestals. I was worried that bending over would be a problem but it is not. I have a grabber so if I can't reach the clothes I use that. Works out well. I had a Whirlpool Duet pkg that was still working after 13-14 years. Love it that Whirlpol is made in the USA. Also, I did not want a unit with a lot of bells and whistles. This set meets all of my needs. Plus, the purchase was fair and very easy. Thank you, Whirlpool and Best Buy.

It is very loud and has tremendous vibrations. But, it cleans well. Just got to keep laundry room door closed to keep my cats from scampering upstairs.

Great washer...but

Unless your washer discharge pipe is between about 36 inches and 51 inches (with the pedestal) above the floor they will not be able to completely hook up the washer. This is because the washer comes with a hose that will only fit those dimensions. You will have to purchase your own hose that will fit your installation. And...you will have to attach it, since they will not do it. The washer is capable of pumping 96 inches above it's discharge fitting, but you must buy a hose that will reach!! Makes no sense to me. Our last Whirlpool washer (10 years ago) came with an 8 foot (96 inches) discharge hose.
