Washer works fine, again it replaced one that was 20 years old, so major difference in performance, very quiet operation. Clothes come out very clean.

The washer has many great features including the wash and go dispenser that holds a lot of laundry soap in the bottom container. It tends to get a little noisy if there is an uneven load but it always works itself out. It can take a long time if that happens. Overall, a good washer.

This washer does a lot and is very quiet. I mostly use it for general purpose loads but my wife has used all of the other features alot. I like the start button because it does a count down and while OlI am holding the button, I'll normally think to myself did I put everything in that I needed and 9 times out of ten I'm good but that one time I forgot to put something in, I can immediately let go of the start button and nothing will happen. Also its very quiet.

This Whirlpool washer replaced a 20 year old Kenmore washer. Quite honestly the Kenmore washer was still going strong but the old Kenmore Dryer burned out so we replaced the pair. The new Whirlpool washer is very quiet and has a countdown timer that comes in handy if you have a load of clothes in process and you are trying to figure if you should hang around a little longer or run an errand. As I mentioned in the Dryer review we are very satisfied with choosing Best Buy to purchase our appliances. The overall experience and subsequent service exceeded my expectations.

We love how easy it is to operate and the convenience of the Load & Go. Seems like we go forever without having to add laundry detergent! It is GREAT!

I had fears of a new machine after reading all the reviews. This Whirlpool is Awesome! It gets at least a load a day, gets the dirt out with little bits of soap and hardly any water. I have no idea how it works, but it Does! This is our second Whirlpool front loader, first one lasted 16 years and got dropped in a move. New one is Better yet!

This washer is easy to use with the controls right up front. With the large capacity it throughly cleaned my queen-size duvet that my old washer couldn’t handle.

I read tons of reviews on newer washing machines and I was almost afraid to buy any! This one is a little louder than my old front-loader, but not too bad. Much slower cycles than old machine, too. Cleaning seems fine so far, and that's what matters most.

Super easy to use and very quiet and looks great in my laundry room...even plays a cute little tune once done instead of a loud long beep noise.

So far I like this washer very much, have had it about 6 weeks. This replaced an earlier version of the same Whirlpool front loader, which we had been happy with and which lasted 14 years. The new one fit in the same space in our small laundry room, and the installers were able to use the pedestal from the old washer, so I returned the new pedestal and received a full refund for it. Good capacity, lots of cycle options. So far have not used the long-term soap dispenser feature. Happy with washer, and also with helpful service at Best Buy.

This machine is awesome! Works great! Quiet! You can load it up with detergent and it automatically dispenses it.

We decided to go with Whirlpool because we believe the brand is very reliable. it works smoothly and quietly. we don't realize the noise if we close the laundry room door. The design is also up-to-date and white color suit to our home.

Very pleased with performance of the washer. It’s very quiet and does a thorough job of washing and spin drying loads. The Best Buy delivery team wasted no time removing the old washer and installing the new on. Thoroughly tested all cycles and drainage to ensure everything was in proper working order before leaving, they were top notch and answered all questions, Very polite. Great job!!

I love my new washer, works great. Loads a lot more clothes than my previous washer. I especially love the detergent self dispenser option.

Had a broken water valve, replacement would be $400. Decided to buy new after 12 years service. New Whirlpool fits on existing pedestal, so that was nice. Works quite well, happy to have the detergent reservoir for multiple loads- measures exact amount needed.

I am very satisfied with the washer and dryer. The noise level is very much acceptable. It cleans well and I am very satisfied of it.
