It is supposed to be very quiet, so far makes a big noise every time it changes cicles or get rid of water. Not sure what it is. But in general I like it. Love the load and go option. Loving it so far.

One of the annoyances is having to hold the start button down for three seconds as part of the countdown; if you fail to hold it the full countdown the washer does not start. I prefer being able to press start and walking away. The spin is a bit noisy for me. Lastly it doesn't have a spin only cycle. I do not use the load and go dispenser so perhaps I'm missing the main advantage of the washer. All in all, it's an adequate washer as it gets the job done. It was the only washer available without a significant backorder. For the price, I could have gotten a nicer washer if time were not an issue.

We love the load and go, and it certainly cleans your clothes, but It doesn’t seem as efficient (added cleaning powder does not fully disintegrate) and thorough as other machines I’ve owned.

It's dries my clothes

Holds all the clothes from the washing machine and dries them really fast too. But doesn't sound as fast as the washing machine. Sighhh. I like to watch it sometimes, it's quiet and peaceful. Super easy to use. This unit wasn't as heavy as the washing machine but that's ok.

There are a wide variety of options for cleaning and, surprisingly, I use quite a few of them. I especially like the Quick cycle for that one or two pieces you need within an hour. I like that I can tell the washer I am washing something heavy or bulky. There are a number of water temps to chose from, not just hot or cold, but a range in between those-5 ranges(I think). As well as how intense of a spin cycle - I think there are 5 levels as well. I have always purchased Whirlpool machines and am always happy. This machine is no exception.

I had confirmed that it used the same base as the one I owned. That washer ended up being backordered so I ordered this one instead. When it was delivered, it was placed on my old base but the base is a few inches shorter. The washer sticks out over the base. The washer vibrates a lot and I am unable to close the laundry room door so it is very noisy. I should have asked more questions. My husband became ill and was hospitalized and I never got back in touch with Best Buy to find out my options for correcting this situation.
