My new Whirlpool He wash machine is wonderful. Electronic panel is so easy to use.

Great washer. Very quiet and efficient. Worth the money.

We bought this washer in June of 2019 and it started leaking 14 months later (right after the 1-year warranty expired). A closer inspection revealed the cause of the leak to be multiple tears/holes in the rubber door gasket. I ended up having to spend $148 for a new door gasket (which had to be back ordered) plus many hours spent troubleshooting/repairing the washer and mopping up puddles of water. My next washer will not be a Whirlpool.

The set is very easy to with lots of one-button wash and dry options to choose from. I mostly appreciate the soap dispenser as it prevents under or over use and I've noticed a much better wash for clothes. The installers from Best Buy were great and even gave us a quick care and maintenance lesson.

It’s ok. I like the way you can put the detergent in ahead of time for multiple washes. It does get kind of loud.I don’t think I will ever use the steam clean option.

Love this machine. It’s easy to use and very efficient

Works well but gets stuck in final spin mode and won’t spin, stays on the last minute on timer until I just remove my soggy clothes.

This whirlpool replaces another, older Whirlpool that went to the great whirlpool in the sky. That one lasted me 13 years and never had a service call. The new one gave me some slight problems with leveling and although all areas of concern are "in the bubble" there is still a small issue with the washer "dancing" during the spin cycle. I hope to get this taken care of soon and will call Whirlpool to see what I can do. The washer has some good features. I purposely avoided getting a washer that links to the internet. Never needed it to wash clothes before and don't know why I'd need it now. What? are they going to challenge my choice of detergent and water temp?

Love the feature that you do not have to fill with liquid detergent however have had it off balance several times and had to use the spin cycle to get the clothes ready for dryer.

Always Leary when make large appliance purchases but this is a nice washer/dryer set. Easy to use. Modern but you don’t need a college degree in engineering to operate the machines.

We bought both washer and dryer they have both have been great! They clean and dry our clothes great. They both have some features that is really awesome for all types of clothes from delicate to heavy duty. We are very impressed with our new washer and dryer!

Very nice, runs quiet. Fairly simple instal. Bought floor model, eveb with all the hands that had been on it, still nice looking.

I really love this washer. It is an upgrade to a Whirlpool Duet purchased several years ago. I enjoy the various settings. Clothes are clean and seemingly takes less time to wash.

The washer works great. I just wish I could get delivery of the dryer that I purchased at the same time. Two months after receiving the washer, I'm still waiting for the dryer. It's been delayed twice without anyone providing a estimated delivery date.
